Endgame?

"What happened? What was that?" Sitaram was looking at Bose. Everyone were puzzled and we're just standing there like statues. "It's just a small price that we have to pay for our Independence" Bose replied and he Immediately checked the box which contained the device. But nothing was happening like it happened with the first box containing the earlier version of the Plague Bio-weapon. "It isn't working. I need to leave immediately" Bose stood and started to move towards his car leaving everyone behind with the box. He was interrupted by Colonel Stinson who had been following Bose since his meeting with the Governor-General as he thought something odd was happening with him. "Well, well.. where are you running Mr.Bose?" asked Stinson. "See. Let me make it clear. Those ragmen attacked me and then they opened that box and shouted some Mantras. So I am running away from them in lieu of Self Defense. Also that guy over there told me that these ragmen looted some train. So go talk to them and leave me alone." said Bose pointing at Sitaram and the Bandits. He got in his car and just before he was leaving, he noticed Anamika and called her. "Here take this vial. It will help you in curing the disease spreading around Madras." Bose gave the vial containing the antidote to Anamika and left in his car in a hurry.

The ragmen saw this as an opportunity and slowly started to run away from the location. Just when they started slipping out, Rahman caught Drona and Bhaskar, while Stinson came and caught Krishna. "So Sitaram. Are these people the Bandits who looted our money from the train?" Stinson asked Sitaram. Sitaram nodded his head. "Well then Sitaram, Rahman. Can you both help me in imprisoning these theives?" Stinson asked. "Yeah. We will definitely help you out." said Rahman. He and Stinson took the Bandits with them while Sitaram went to Anamika to check whether she is alright. "What is that in your hand?" asked Sitaram looking at the vial in Anamika's hands. "Bose gave it to me and left saying that it will help me to cure the disease spreading here" Anamika replied. They both immediately left to the hospital in order to check whether Bose was telling the truth.

Rahman and Stinson took those Bandits to the Central jail. Stinson then congratulated Rahman for helping him to find and catch the Bandits and left to report at the Governor-General's office. Rahman then sat on the banks of the Cooum river and looking at the boats, thought about his family and how weird the last few days have been. Meanwhile Stinson reached the Georgetown office where the Governor-General was there, inspecting the plans and where to build the Medical college and hospital. "Sir. We found the Bandits who looted our money from the train. They are now going through the procedures at the Central Jail. Rahman and Sitaram helped us in catching them successfully. I think it would be nice if we honour them with something for their services, Sir" said Stinson. "Hmm. Okay. Call them and ask them meet me here, tomorrow. Anything else?" asked the Governor-General. "Well Sir... I think something is going on with Bose. He was present at the scene when we caught the Bandits. Something happened there and I think Sitaram, Rahman and that doctor may know about it" said Stinson. "Keep an eye on him. Don't indulge directly if anything suspicious happens. He is part of the Indian National Congress and anything happens to him, the remaining Indians will also turn against us" the Governor-General warned Stinson. "Okay sir. I will ask Sitaram or Rahman and check what happened at the beach when they come here." Stinson replied. He then ask James to pass the information to both Rahman and Sitaram.

Anamika and Sitaram reached the hospital. Anamika asked her assistants to assist her in testing the substance in the vial, on the affected patients. They brought five patients into the Critical Care Unit and injected them with the liquid from the vial. The patients slowly showed improvement in their health and Anamika was happy that the vial worked out. She asked her assistants to reproduce it and inject it to all the affected patients. She then came to Sitaram and hugged him. But he was puzzled looking at all the events happening in front of him. After seeing him all puzzled and confused, Anamika took him to the nearby bench and they both sat down. Slowly she asked him, "What happened?"
