Chapter 18

Chapter 18 - Yes

Louis’ POV

Oh my god! What the hell just happened?!

“Katie?!” I yelled out in panic and shock. I rushed over to where she had collapsed on the floor.

“Louis, calm down.” Harry said, soothingly. Ha, like that was going to help. My sister just fainted for no reason and we wants me to calm down?! What is he? Crazy?

“Harry are you crazy? Katie just collapsed!” I yelled.

“Yes, but yelling at me doesn’t make it any better does it?” He yelled back. I ignored his comment because I knew he was right and gently shock Katie’s shoulders, trying to wake her. “I’ll get Liam. Everything will be alright you know.” He said softly. I hadn’t even realised that tears were streaming down my face. I didn’t wipe them away. I didn’t care. I just wanted Katie to be safe.

Katie’s POV

The pain was excruciating. My head was pounding more than it did when I was hungover. I felt dizzy. I could feel all the blood rushing to my head as I slowly tried to sit up. Lou gently pushed me back down.

“Oh my god. Thank god you’re okay!” He screeched, hugging me tightly.

“Lou, you can let go.” I said, sitting up and shoving him off me.

“Katie, what the hell happened?” He asked, worry filling his red and puffy eyes.

“I don’t know. I just got a headache and then I fainted.” I explained what I could remember. “What’s the time?” I asked no one in particular, noticing that Liam, Niall and Zayn had joined Haz and Lou.

“6pm.” Liam answered. Ethan.

“Oh my days!” I said rushing up. “Ethan’s going to think I’m standing him up if I don’t get ready.”

“Katie you’re not going out.” Louis told me, sitting me down next to Niall.

“What? That is so unfair.” I complained, crossing my arms over my chest and huffing.

“Katie you fainted for no reason!” He exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air. “The only place you’re going is bed and the doctors tomorrow.”

“That is f**king stupid.” I shouted. “I fainted. So what? Big deal. It’s not like I haven’t passed out before.”

“Yeah because half the time you’re drunk and you have no idea what the hell is going on!” Louis shouted back.

“You know what? I don’t even care what you think.” I yelled before storming off. Not to my room, but out. Like out of the door.

“Katie!” I heard Louis yelling after me and the all ran towards me but I’m a fast sprinter for a short person and was able to make it further than they could reach.

I pulled out my phone and rang Ethan.

“Hey Ethan. I’m fine. Listen, I had an argument with Louis and I kinda ran out so I was wondering if we could not go out tonight and maybe just stay in at yours?...Yeah, sounds perfect…okay, I’ll meet you there. Yeah you too. Bye.” I hung up and began walking towards the tube station we had agreed to meet at.

“Hi Katie.” Ethan smiled as he saw me, embracing me into a hug.

“Hey.” We began walking to his house which wasn’t very far. My phone kept on ringing, one of the boys trying to get me to go home. I ignored all of them.

“Not answering your phone?” Ethan asked.

“Nope. It’s one of the boys.” I shook my head and carried on walking.

“Maybe you should ring them, just to let them know you’re okay.” Ethan suggested.

“No!” I snapped. “Sorry.” I said quickly, hanging my head in shame. “I had a massive argument and I’ll get in a lot of trouble.” I explained. The last time I ran off, I seemed to get in a lot of trouble, and then I was only at Zayn’s.

Ethan didn’t say anything and instead we just kept walking in silence to his house.

“Katie, there’s something I’ve been meaning to ask.” He said, his tone softer than before. “Well, I really like you and I know we haven’t been out or anything but will you be my girlfriend?” I grinned like a mad idiot, trying to ignore the piercing pain in my head.

“Of course I will Ethan.” He hugged me tightly and crashed his lips on to mine. His tongue ran along my lips, asking for entrance which I gave without a second thought. Our tongues explored each other’s’ mouths like there was no tomorrow.

The pain was getting worse whilst we were kissing. I could feel myself losing it. I was slipping into the darkness in my boyfriend’s arms.

Ethan’s POV

She said yes!! I can’t believe that I have a beautiful girlfriend who I’m kissing right now.

Something didn’t seem quite right though. Almost like she was falling asleep. Her body seemed to be getting heavier but that’s just my imagination right? I continued kissing her and suddenly Katie fell from my lips, passed out in my arms.

I'm sorry this is so short but I've been so busy today and I'm leaving in about 4 hours. During that time I have to sleep and finishing packing!!

I'm feeling sorry for Katie!! You'll find out what's going on sooner or later.

As over the next week I don't think I will have any internet, this is the last upload until Monday 30th July. I will be writing just not uploading. As for my writing challenge, I will write the letters each day but I will just bulk upload them on the 30th July. I'm sorry to be leaving you on such a cliffhanger! I wish I could tell you what's going on but I can't.
