Chapter 9
Jughead POV:
I woke up this morning thinking about Betty. Lately she has been all I can think of. I hate that she blames herself for what happened to me, there was no way she could have known this would happen to me. I decided to plan a little picnic date for us.

I walk to the kitchen and start making some sandwich's and some other things, although I am a terrible cook compared to Betty. I had been in the kitchen when my dad walks in.

Fp: what are you doing? He asked confused as he has never seen me cook... in my life.
Jughead: Betty has been really stressed lately so I decided to take her on a little picnic date. It's probably stupid I say realising that maybe she wouldn't like it.
Fp: Jug, Betty will love it. He says with a smile. I soon finish up and pack everything away. I walk to Betty's room and knock on her door.

Betty: Come in I hear her say with her sweet voice. I open the door and sit next to her on her bed.
Jughead: I was thinking maybe you wanted to go on a picnic date. I ask nervously.
Betty: I would love to she says hugging me.

I pull out of the hug and kiss her, I just needed to kiss her. Her lips are so perfect against mine. Betty makes me feel this crazy way, a way no one else has ever made me feel. Is it love?

Betty POV:

After me and Jughead's mini make out session, he leaves my room so I can change.
I look through my wardrobe and find a dark blue, thigh high dress. I put that on and find my black heels. I put on some earrings and put on some lip gloss.

I walk into the lounge and Jughead's jaw drops. I begin to blush an insane amount.
Jughead: Betts, you look absolutely stunning. He says in awe.
Betty: you look very handsome yourself I say, causing him to blush.

He pulls out his hand and I gladly take it, he leads me to Fp's truck and drives us to a beautiful creek.

He sets up everything and we sit down on a blanket and eat.

Betty: Thank you Juggie. This has been amazing. I don't deserve you.
Jughead: Betts you deserve so much better then me. I never thought you would like me.
Betty: why? I asked him
Jughead: I randomly just walk into your life and my dads with out an explanation. You are so perfect.

I lean in and kiss him.

Betty: Thank you, for everything. I say.

We pack up our stuff and head back to the trailer. It was a nice and pleasant drive home, both of us gazing at each other and then blushing when ever one of us noticed. We arrived home and he opened the door for me. We sat on the couch and he had his arms wrapped around my waist.

Jughead is my first boyfriend. Yes, I've had many guys try to ask me out but they were never really my type or they were fuckboys who wanted to say they fucked the Serpent Queen. I was always considered as the queen even before I was the leader, I am highly respected and have always had quite high authority due to Fp.

With Jughead he's different. He is such a gentleman and always treats me like a queen, not that I deserve it.

Betty: why are you so kind to me? After you got kidnaped you still continued to be such a gentleman. I say looking down. He grabs my chin and gently pulls it up so I'm facing him.
Jughead: Betts, I don't blame you for what happened, you also saved me. You look hot with a gun he says with a smirk whilst I blush. Then we hear someone storm into the trailer. It was Sweet Pea.
Betty: What the hell Sweet Pea?! I yell at him
Sweet Pea: it's code red he says.
Fp comes out of his room after hearing what Sweet Pea said.
Fp: we need to go now he says looking at me.
Fp: Jughead you stay here.
Betty: Fp, there's a high chance they could come to the trailer park. He has to come with us.
Sweet Pea: She's right. He says
Fp: Fine, Jug your coming with us, he nods.
