Destiny's Pov

People are starting to roll in. My mom was the first to arrive. She starting asking questions about me and Kendrick. I would like to enjoy the night without being questioned every five minutes. Kendrick and I will handle our business. William soon arrived and my mom ran to the door. "Aww they look so cute. Do you think so Destiny?" "When the actually walk in I'll tell you. Mom sit down this isn't William's first girlfriend". "Oh hush girl he had that girl at 14. How old is he now? I'm happy for my son". "Merry Christmas family!" "Merry Christmas" Jazmine said. "Merry Christmas" we said in unison. Mom pulled up a seat next to them and couldn't stop smiling. "So how are you two?" "We're good now" "Well mom since you're busy with William I'll be in my room". "Are you jealous sis?" I cut my eyes and went upstairs. "Destiny I was kidding!"

Kendrick's Pov

I walked out with refreshments. "What's going on?" "Destiny's is being childish" Lisa said. "Where is she?" "Upstairs Shanielel said. I headed upstairs and the door was locked. "Leave me alone!" "Destiny it's me. Open the door" "Bye Kendrick!" "Please open the door" There was silence and then I heard her curse before opening the door. I flashed my famous smile. "Can I come in?" She stepped aside and closed the door behind me. "Talk to me Destiny" "Why do you care? We aren't together" "Stop! I will always care about you. You're the mother of my children. Now talk to me". I heard the twins crying. We rushed out to find them on top of the stairs. "Angel. Kj come here" They ran over. "Don't go over there without mommy and daddy" "okay" Angel said. We went to get the twins ready then we went back downstairs. "Happy Birthday!" Everyone said. "Tank you" Angel said. "For Kj to be the oldest he isn't that fawn of people". I saw Destiny looking at her mom. "What is your problem?" Lisa asked. "Mom!" William said. Destiny went to go sit down but Lisa sat in her seat. "Really? Go back to your seat please" "Awe Are you mad? Too bad. Find somewhere else to sit". "Mom" Ashley said. "What?" "She's pregnant" "I know I am her mother" "Oh for real? How about you start acting like it" "Who do you think you're talking to? Don't act all hard because Kendrick f-" "Mom! Chill out!" William said. "What did I do to you?" Destiny asked holding back tears. "You cheated and you have kids every year. I know I'm playing favorites but at least William is trying all you're good at is laying on your back" "Alright Lisa that's enough!" "I learned from the best" with that she went upstairs. Lisa grabbed her purse and left. "I'll be back" "Take your time" I went upstairs to find Destiny in the bathroom. "What are you doing?" "Hold me.. Please" Without any hesitation I hugged her. "Kendrick please forgive me" "I forgive you. How many pills did you take?" "None. You walked in before I could" "Were you really willing to kill our baby because of your mom's strange behavior?" She said nothing. "Look at me" she looked up. "I don't know what is making you act like this but I do know that no one likes it. We might not be together but I do care about you. Please don't hurt yourself nor the baby" "I promise" "Let's go back downstairs" I grabbed her hand and we walked back down. went back to the party. Destiny and I sat away from everyone. "So are you going to sit down?" I sat down. "Kendrick I understand where your're coming from but I'm the only mother he knows. His father is in jail and he has to deal with being called gay. Yeah he isn't biologically mine. I'm sorry I got so caught up in him that I forgot about MY son. Can you forgive me?" "No" "I understand" I smiled. "Mom I'm kidding. Of course I forgive you. I'm willing to make things work with Elijah and fag boy" "Kendrick!" "I'm sorry I can't stand him" "Well as long as you make things work with him. Now go make things up with Destiny".
