~Chapter 8~

*Two days later*

Kendrick's P.O.V

Destiny didn't call me again last night. I haven't slept in two days because of this. My phone rang I decided to answer it on the third ring.

Hello

Hey Kendrick

Destiny?!

I know I'm late on the phone call but something happened

I thought something bad happened to you. Listen I want to be with you. I love you. I want to be there for you when you need me. Baby please come home

There was a click.. She hung up..

"It's kinda sad I made it all the way up here and you didn't hear me" "Destiny!" I couldn't get up fast enough. "Are you ok?" "I'm fine. Keep your voice down you don't want to wake the kids" she smiled. "That smile. I miss that. I missed you. Why did you leave?" "I was overwhelmed. Everyone started to hate me. I don't blame you guys though I was being bratty. I'm not on drugs or anything. All the stress just got to me. I love you and I hope that you give me another chance". No hesitation I kissed her. I'm glad she's home and safe. She soon broke the kiss and grabbed my hand. "I'm tired" she said as she walked me over to the bed. "Lay down" I did as I was told and she walked into the bathroom. Does she want to.. Nah she's pregnant.. She walked back in the bedroom with a red silk gown. As she got in the bed she was smiling. She started to kiss me on the neck. "Destiny stop you're pregnant" "I can't kiss you now? Wow things have changed" "So you didn't-" "No Kendrick!" I laughed. "I just want to cuddle" "Cuddle?! In that?! That's temptation" She giggled. "You mad?" "No. Go to sleep Destiny" "Night daddy" Why is she calling me that? She knows what that does to me. She laid her head on my chest and soon fell asleep.

Shaniel's P.O.V

I woke up to the smell of breakfast. Kendrick can cook now?! I hustled my way downstairs. I looked into the den. "Destiny?!" "Hey girl! How was your morning" "I just woke up" she giggled. "Well go get some breakfast. Kendrick made a pretty good one" "Sure did! I decided to be nice for a change" he smiled. "So are you guys back together?" He handed me my plate and kissed Destiny on the lips. I screamed a little. "Yes my plan worked!" They just shook their heads and started eating. "When did you come home?" "Early this morning" "Are you going to leave again?" Her smile faded. "I'm not going anywhere I promise" "Good because you have too many people that care too much about you to be running away. Are you going to keep the baby?" "Yes. No abortion no adoption" "Okay good" "I have a question" Kendrick said. "Why were you acting like that?" "I honestly don't know. Maybe it was the stress. Maybe I just wanted the attention. Or maybe I was just scared" "Scared of what?" "That if this baby wasn't yours that you would leave me when I needed you most. So I just pushed you away before it came" "Why the rest of the family though?" "They were in my business" "Oh" "I promise you guys I'll go back to the old Destiny. I'm so sorry for leaving" "We might be rocky right now but I came back because I didn't want you raising these kids on your own. Regardless if the baby is mine I'm here now and I will be here when it's born. I love you". "I love you too" "Since we're all good now promise us that you will talk to us before you decide to run away" I said. "I promise" She smiled at the twins and got up to go in the living room.
