The next morning, I woke up pretty late since it was Saturday. I got out of bed and did my morning routine then changed into something comfortable.

I walked downstairs and it was dead quiet. I forgot he said he was leaving.

I walk into the kitchen and grab my favorite cereal - Froot loops. I poured the cereal into a small bowl then went to the living room.

While looking for the remote, I noticed a note sitting on the coffee table, next to my phone.

"You're reading this, I already left. I've restocked the kitchen for you, dont even think about eating everything fat ass. I left your phone here, use it wisely. It'll be taken once I'm back. Bye."

I shook my head and crumbled up the note. I grabbed my phone and unlocked it, seeing all my notifications.

I went to my messages and it was nobody but August, Travis, and Ms.Sheila in my messages.

I thought for a second then decided to delete the threads.

I went on instagram and looked through my dms. The first one was Reggie and I kinda smiled.

After texting him, I went to my instagram notifications and saw hella follow requests.

I looked through them and saw it was most of the kids that went to school with me.

Another notification popped up and it was Reggie. He had texted back that quick.

I locked my phone then I went to go get ready. I looked through my closet for something that'll match the weather and occasion.

When I was done, I fixed up my hair and I made sure my arms weren't too noticeable by putting make up on them.

I heard a honk outside. I looked outside my window and saw a white Chrysler 300 outside.

I saw Reggie get out the car and he smiled up at my window. I smiled and shook my
head.

I made sure I had everything in my purse then left. I locked the bottom and top lock and threw the key in my purse as well.

"Wassup." He walked up to me
and hugged me.

I hugged him back and I felt his hand rub my back.

"My sister is already there with her team. I didn't want her to be late." He spoke while opening the door for me.

"Cool." I got in the car and I put my seatbelt on.

"You look good." He looked over at me and showed off his grill.

I admired his outfit and nodded. "You do too."

We drove out the driveway and went on to the soccer game.

"You like PnB Rock?" He asked me.

"Duh, who doesn't?" I frowned. "Let me play my favorite song by him." I pulled out my phone.

"Be my guest."

I went to my playlist and tapped on the 'Goin' Thru the Motions' album. I scrolled down to misunderstood and pressed play.

When we got to the field where his sister would be playing, I noticed it was a little league team. I would've thought his sister was like fifteen.

"This they last game and they playin' against some superb team or whatever. My sister and her team is the best damn team out on that field." He chuckled.

"I hope she's not as cocky as you are." I giggled.

"Let's find a good ass spot." He grabbed my hand.

We walked through the bleachers and sat down in the front row.

"She's number six."

I looked across the field and saw her practicing with her friends. I smiled at how happy she looked.

She looked just like Reggie as well.

"She's cute." I smiled.

I felt him staring at me so I started to feel weird.

"You got a beautiful ass smile." He chuckled. "My fault for staring."

"Its fine." I hid my blush.

The coach blew his whistle meaning the game was about to start.

"Reggie, look!" His sister ran over to him while showing her medal.

"That's what I'm talkin' about." He picked her up and attacked her with kisses.

I smiled. I didn't want to interrupt their bond, so I followed behind.

"Coach said since we won, we don't have to play anymore!" She said in excitement.

"That's good. Look, I want you to meet my friend." He put her down. "Lili, this is Izel, Izel, this Lili." He spoke.

"You my brother girlfriend?" She squinted her eyes.

"Uh, no - We're just friends." I giggled.

"Oh, good!" She smiled. "You're pretty." She held my hand.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"You wanna come over and have a pizza party with us?" She looked up at me.

I looked over at Reggie and he shrugged.

"I have to go home and do something actually." I lied.

"Oh, we can save you some pizza then."

We all got in the car and she had a lot to talk about. She told me about her puppy that Reggie supposed to be buying for her birthday, her friends, and what school she goes to.

She was sweet though.

When Reggie got to my house, I was so glad.

"You home alone?" He frowned.

"How'd you guess that?" I looked at him.

"There's no cars." He chuckled.

"I have a garage."

"There's no oil leaks in your driveway." He chuckled.

"Smart ass boy." I giggled. "Text me when you make it home."

"I'm good love, enjoy." He put his car in reverse with a smirk on his face.

"You're so petty." I laughed and got out the car. "Bye." I waved.

"Make sure them doors is locked! I don't wanna have to hear someone trynna take you!" He shouted out the window.

I laughed at him and walked inside the house, locking the door behind me.
