Marley, Kaitlyn, Owen, Claire, Barry, Iris, Demetrius, Tex and Catherine walked around the forest in their wolf forms. "Nice catch by the way, Claire." Kaitlyn softly smiled. "Oh, thanks, Kait. We should probably head back. I promised Lazarus I'd look after Paige." Claire sighed. Kaitlyn nodded before she, Marley and Demetrius watched Catherine and Tex lead the others back to the house. Marley looked down sadly, fighting back tears. Demetrius nuzzled his sister in comfort. "I'm sorry." "It's okay. I miss him." She sighed shakily. Kaitlyn glanced at the trees, "I miss my mate." "I miss Megatron. The only thing I'm more worried about are Amarys and Paige. Paige has been scratching at herself and wrapping her arms up in bandages." Kaitlyn growls angrily, scratching the ground. "Damn it... It's all Paige's irl Mom's fault! Paige is more happy with Amarys but no! Her mom thinks that she's obsessed with Amarys..." "What about Jamisen?" Demetrius said and Kaitlyn fell silent, her sole anger ebbing away. "I... I don't know what to say about him." Demetrius didn't say anything else as Marley and Kaitlyn followed the others. Demetrius was about to take a step forward before a loud roar made him jump. He whipped his head towards the noise before he ran towards the source. Paige slammed a black and white dragoness onto the ground, her fangs bared in a snarl. "Let me go!" She shouted. Paige was silent for a moment before she lifted her claws up off of the dragoness' head. She looked at Paige fearful and ran away. Paige sneered angrily, her eyes glowing a cornflower blue color. "Paige!" She whirled around towards her brother who stared at her in shock. "What the-Paige, what was that? You were going to kill that dragoness!" "It's one of Magma's." She hissed. "One of-? Paige, that was just a dragoness. Magma's group or not, nobody deserves to die." Demetrius told her. "It's one of Magma's!" Paige snarled. "I heard you the first time! But you can't go around, killing dragons." "Magma's dead. Elisa killed him and the only problem we do have is his group disbanding and just going around, doing God knows what!" Paige nearly shouted. Demetrius frowned at her disapproval. "That's no excuse to start trying to pick fights." Unknown to her brother, those words struck a nerve. Her stomach tightened and her breath hitched in her throat as her eyes narrowed. She curled her lips into a feral snarl, making Demetrius step back in fear and surprise. "Are you honestly telling me that you don't want revenge for what Magma nearly did to us when he fought us last year? What he did to Elisa? People who take the lives of our loved ones and ourselves... they deserve to suffer. And I don't want that for you or your children. I don't want that for Amarys. I want to promise her the one good thing that came to her life. My heart." With that said, Paige walked away from Demetrius who only watched her walk away, not knowing what to say.
