Chandler's POV
"What the hell Sam?! Do you know what you just did?!" I yelled. Sam just sat there cracking up, literally crying, and I'm pretty sure he wasn't breathing.
"I put your Cheetos in a jar of jelly." He could barely get the words out from his laughing.
"I was GOING to eat them!!" I start to laugh uncontrollably, from his laughter of course. I take my food very seriously, I would never laugh at my Cheetos if it weren't for Sam.
"You can still eat them!"
"NO, no I cant. Cheetos and jelly are NOT A GOOD MIX!" I laugh and yell.
"How would you know?" He gives me a devilish grin and raising his eyebrows up and down.
"I don't but I'd rather not find out. you go right ahead Sam." I laughed. He stopped, and made his eyes go as wide as possible, which knowing Sam, is about as wide as a kiwi. I Mimick him and we both chuckle.
"Soooo?" He asks nudging me.
"Soooo, what?" I ask.
"How are you and PAAAAYYYYSSSOOOOON?!"
"Me and PAAAAYYYYSSOONNN are doing great, better than great actually, she's so perfect and I can't help but smile and laugh and just feel so happy when I'm with her." I smile and look down at my hands as we sit at the counter in his kitchen.
"Yeah??" Sam questioned, egging me to go on.
"Yeah? It's just that! She makes me happy! Happier than I was with Rachel."
"But?? What about the excitement? The moves? The milestones? THE DATES?!" He seems totally astounded that I haven't mentioned any of this stuff.
"Dude, it hasn't even been a month!"
"But have you been on a date? Like a REAL date? Not just going to one of our houses and watching a movie, or going to these cons?" He asks.
"Well no, not yet, I-" he cuts me off
"No. You need to ask her, on a REAL date. None of this 'only been a week' crap." He chuckles a bit.
"2 weeks." I correct him. "But I will... Ask her on a date that is." I continue.
"This weekend." He pushes.
"Fine. This weekend."
Sam grins cheekily, clearly displaying his 'victory'.
"So what about you and Cassie?" I ask him as he stands from the chair. I know he likes her, even though he's never said anything, he looks at her almost the way I look at Payson.
"About that,.." He shoves a whole donut into his mouth. Where the hell is he getting all this food?... I want a donut.
"What did you do?" I push.
"Well..."
"Sam." I say in an annoyed voice to make it clear he needs to spit it out.
"Wellimaybesortakindamaybemadeitseemlikeilikebrookeandnotcassie." He slurred.
"......what?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I made it seem like I liked Brooke but it wasn't for me, it was for Mitchell and don't want to tell her that because I don't want her to know I like her, it would ruin the friendship and I know she doesn't like me." He says fast but this time understandable.
"How do you know that?"
"I... I just do." He says.
"Hhmmhh." I say. "How bout some mine craft? I haven't played in forever and soon I'm not gonna be able to very often. I start filming in another month."
"Yeah. Sounds good. While we are playing I can think of ways to fix this Cassie thing." He stops for second.
"Wait, there's nothing to fix because she doesn't like me anyways." He sighs.
"You know, we could always go on a double date this weekend? See how it goes?" I ask, not only wanting it to be less awkward for me and Payson, but for my best friend's sake too.
"The problem with that is, she thinks I like Brooke! And besides, I can't ask her on a date." He shrugged as he turned on his Xbox.
"Yes you can. Don't say the word 'date'... How about we go to the movies?" I say.
"That sounds fun, what movie?" He picks up his controller.
"I wasn't asking you idiot, that's what you ask her. We will all go to the movies this Saturday okay? Just ask, and then see how it goes, okay?" I say as I lay down a block starting a new house, because I want a new house on here.
Paysons POV
*the next day*
I walk into my human development class and sit down next to Melisa like I always do in this class. Ugh. I really hate Mondays.
"Hey do you have a pencil?" I ask her, considering Sam took mine last period in homeroom.
"Good morning Payson, how was your weekend, mine was great," she says in a sarcastic tone. I give her a puppy dog look and she gives in.
"Yeah, hang on I have to get it." She rolls her eyes and chuckles a bit, pushing her blonde hair out of her face while she digs in her bag for a pencil. She pulled one out and handed to me when the bell rang. The class flew by quickly enough, we mostly took notes, then had free time. Me and Mel have the next class together too, so we walk together... Come I think of it, we have almost the same exact schedule, besides math, science, and homeroom. The bell rang and we left.
"Didn't you say something about finding an acting class here in Woodstock?" She asks.
"Yeah, I'd like to find one this month but I don't know." I shrugged, holding my world history book and folder to my chest.
"Well, I go to these acting lessons on Sundays, after my gymnastics, I can bring you this weekend if you want? You could see if you like it there." She said as we walked into Mr. Adler's class room.
"That'd be amazing! Thanks!" I smile and we sit down.
