Ignorance is Inevitable

I travel a lot, so I go through a lot of security lines. I have been on well over 75 flights. Everyone always speaks to my mum "Can she walk to her seat," or "can she stand"...um hello...I'm right here...talk to me! For the VERY FIRST TIME, someone working in the security area asked ME if I could walk through the scanner. I was in tears and thanks her for finally being the first person to talk TO ME!
