Chapter 23- Full Moons

Lucy stood over her cauldron, attempting to make a Configulus Potion, when Ember though it was a good idea to punch her as hard as she could in the stomach. Lucy cried out in pain and fell to the floor clutching her stomach.
The other students gasped, Harry and Ron especially. Lucy stood up, eyes burning with hatred.
"I'll kill you!" She roared and tackled Ember to the ground. There were several screams of terror and gasps as Lucy punched and kicked every place she could reach of the other girl. Ember shook away her shock and started fighting back. Lucy drove her fist into Embers head. The rest of the students had left besides Draco, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Crabbe and Groyal. Draco, Harry and Ron were in a yelling match with each other, Crabbe and Groyal were sneering and being cruel to Hermione.
But, know one saw the tree children watching in the corner of the room. June, Toby and Snow stood watching the fights.
"She didn't mean it ya know," Toby whispered, much to Snow's surprise.
Snow growled at him, "What do you mean, she didn't mean it?"
June pushed ahead of her brother, standing protectively in front of him.
"It's too close to the moon for this, Snow-White."
Snow glared at her, "How would you know how it feels each month, June-Flower?"
June glared back at Snow," Because I can read your mind, and I read Toby's."
"What about Lucy's?" Snow challenged.
June didn't reply.

Aloud scream echoed across the room and stopped all the other magic children from fighting. They looked wide-eyed to where the girls had been fighting before to see Ember out cold on the floor, a small pool of blood slowly beginning to form around her head. Lucy was nowhere to be seen. Something pushed past Snow and she stumbled, falling to the floor.
Harry and Ron where at her side immediately, while Draco and his goons left the room in a hurry.
Snow sneered at her cousins, "What did I say?"
Neither of the cousins replied.

Golden ran out of the class room, accidentally pushing past his niece in the process, a necklace with a emerald gem in the middle of swinging in his jaws. He jumped out of the first window her could find and ran as was as his paws would allow him into the forbidden forest. He changed forms, the beautiful golden retriever changing into a blood red haired man with ice blue eyes. He threw the necklace to the ground and out appeared the chocolate brown haired girl with amber eyes.
"Are you stupid?" Mitch growled.
Lucy stared at him wide-eyed, "N-no."
Mitch sat down in front of her and blasted icy walls around them.
"Tell me what has happened in the last week."

Lucy was sitting by herself in the library when Hermione and Ember came in. Ember winked at Hermione and strode over to Lucy.
"What are you doing now, Black? Checking on how to bring Voldamort back to life?"
Lucy ignored her and kept reading her book. Ember kicked her hard in the leg.
"Answer me, Black!"
Lucy refused to give in. Ember pulled the chair out from under Lucy. Lucy's arm burned from the impact on the ground, the stupid wound left a scar and always seemed to hurt.
Ember kicked Lucy hard in the stomach and only when Hermione shouted at her did she stop. Lucy held herself up on one of her elbows and whipped the blood off her chin with her hand.

Lucy was walking back from Quidditch practice when Harry and Ron came around the corner, Ember trailing just barley behind them. Ember grinned and pushed ahead of them, pulling out her wand and shooting a spell at Lucy's back. Lucy easily dodged the spell, thanks to Mad-Eyes training.
Ember looked to Harry and Ron and all three of them shot at her at once. Lucy dodged and reflected Harry and Ron's spells, but Embers his her directly in the chest and sent her flying backwards, crashing into a suit of armor and causing it to to crash to the floor. Lucy got detention with McGongall for it.

"She's been pushing me around since I got here, and I just snapped," Lucy said tiredly.
Mitch sighed and put his head in his hands, "June and Toby saw their mother again."
Lucy nodded.
"And Snow still won't forgive you," Mitch said again.
Lucy froze, listening to the sound around her.
"And the most powerful people of their kind are after you and me."
"Mitch," Lucy squeaked, eyes wide at the two men standing behind Mitch, watching though the ice.
Mitch sighed,"Lets get you back to Hogwarts."
"No!" Lucy screamed once Mitch put down the icy shield. The man with dark brown hair and purple eyes smirked, his hands now on Mitch's shoulders. Mitch was stiff as Lucy felt a pair of hands on he own shoulders. She looked up shakily to see a heavily scared man with ember eyes and sandy brown hair smiling at her.
"Hullo, Lucy Black."
The man looked down at Mitch, "Mitchy, don't you remember me?"
Mitch had blue fire blazing in his hands when the man put a necklace around .him. The fire went out immediately.
"No powers for you Mitch," The man snarled.
"I'm sure I'm enough for both of you, Jerome," Mitch snarled.
The man above Lucy shook his head, "No, no, Im doing this for revenge. Revenge on Danni Hope. Why, do you remember my last revenge case?"
"Uncle Moony," Lucy whispered. The man, Fenir Greyback, nodded.
"your a smart one, Ms.Black."
Lucy looked up at the full moon, anger in her eyes, "So that's it? Your just going to kill us?"
Fenir smiled, "I'll make it as painful as possible."
Lucy glared at him, "I don't care! You made Uncle Moony a werewolf and caused by cousin to be one! You caused their pain!"
Fenir growled, "And I'll cause yours too, in a few minutes!"
A blast of ice hit the tree besides Lucy,vans Toby and June where there, June was controlling Jerome's mind and Toby shot a blast of electricity at Fenir.
Fenir dodged just barely as Lucy jumped up, and slammed into the werewolf. The werewolf had expected this through and grabbed the girl. The moons power wasn't a pull on Fenir and he thew the light weighted Lucy further into the forest.
"Don't touch my cousin, you bastard!"

Mitch and Jerome fought for all the glory, each straining to be the victor.
Jerome let go and Mitch fell to the ground in shock.
Jerome smiled, his fangs revealed, "I think maybe Fenirs right-revenge doesn't lie in the adult, but their child."
With a flash he had June in a choke-hold, smiling like the devil.
"What now Michel?"
Junes baby blue eyes where full of panic, she had stopped Jerome for only a few minutes before going to help Toby, but now she was about to die.
"Chose, Michel, you or your precious June-Flower?"
Mitch's eyes widened when he caught the sight of the growling leopard behind Jerome, amber eyes filled with hatred.
"June."

Snow slammed into Fenir with all her strength, glowing violet eyes filled with rage as she howled.
Fenir lunged at her, but she jumped to the side. Toby was blasting ice while Snow tore at both sides of the dark grey werewolf, her white fur covered in dark red splatters.
'Kill kill kill!' Fenir howled.
'Kill, yes kill, Snow kill Fenir!' Snow snarled. Then the wolves were both tearing each other apart again.

The leopard lunged forwards, raking its claws though Jerome's back. The vampire gave a howl of pain and let go of June. June gave a wide-eyed hurt look to her father as he blasted ice over the vampire. The leopard purred and changed forms and a boy with black hair and golden eyes stood smirking, his dark brown skin helping him look as if he was a shadow.
Mitch gasped and threw himself in front of his daughter, taking deadly blow.
