Chapter 12 : Movies

"your plan is idiotic" Abhi said, we were returning from exhibition and I was explaining him about Sid and about my plan, we also grabbed pizza's, Fries and coke on our way to home.

"No-one asked for your opinion" I was irritated now

"What will happen when he comes to know about all these?"

"I will handle it" I said though I knew I couldn't

We reached my apartment

"I like your flat it's pretty good, but don't you think it's somewhat big?" He asked

"Yes I know it's big, but I didn't had any other option"

"Okay first give me my pizza then do whatever you want" he said snatching the bag from me

"No we will eat pizza while watching the movie" I took the bag from him

"But I am hungry I want my pizza right now, you can have yours while watching the movie" he argued

After arguing for few minutes atlast he had to agree with me, but soon we started arguing again about which movie to watch

"Its final we are going to watch Sonu ke titu ki sweety" I said

"No, we will watch Meri Pyaari Bindu"

"No SKTKS"

"No you will as always become senti after watching it remembering your Aayat" I blurted out without thinking

I regretted speaking it the next moment as I saw  his face fell hearing the name of Aayat

"I am sorry I didn't mean to hurt you" I said keeping my hand on his shoulder

"It's not you pari it's my destiny that's playing with me" he sighed

"Don't worry Abhi, believe me they will marry you and Aayat by their wish, no one can reject a gem like you" I said hugging him

"You are the one who always motivates me, thanks pari"

We heard a clicking sound, breaking the hug I turned to look at the source of the sound

"Oh, hi Sid... Sidharth" thankgod I was almost going to say Sid, he looked at me and then Abhi

"I think I disturbed you, I will come afterwards" he said trying to leave

"No Sidharth you didn't disturb us, meet him he is my friend Abhi and Abhi this is Sidharth, my neighbour" I said introducing them

"Hi Sidharth, nice to meet you" Abhi said, Sid just gave a tight lipped smile in response

Rude

"Okay I will see you later" he said and left before I could say anything

"Does he behaves like this everytime or just today" Abhi asked me

"To be honest I don't have the answer to it, sometimes he behaves nicely and sometimes.."

"Like this" Abhi completed my sentence, we both chuckled at that

"Okay let's watch MPB then" I said

"No SKTKS will be good" he said and I looked at him in shock

"What I changed my mind" he said ignoring me and went to the room

I picked my phone and saw that there were many missed calls from some unknown number, I redialed it but there was no response from the other side I tried again but still no response 'wrong number maybe' I thought

"Abhi be careful I will make you clean the bedsheets if you even dropped a single particle of food on it" I said sitting next to him on bed

"Well madam it's not me it's you who is a messy eater so tell that to yourself"

"Whatever"

We watched SKTKS and then Captain America, it's me who forced Abhi to watch it because 'Chris Evans' do you even need any other reason to watch it. We watched movies till 5 in the morning and then finally decided to sleep as we had to go to the exhibition also next morning or should I say this morning.

We both got up late in the morning and had to hear some scoldings from Yash uncle for being irresponsible. The day went as usual, I returning and was tired by explaining everyone the meaning of the paintings, when I was opening the door to my house I recalled that Sid had came yesterday, I knocked his door

"Hi, you came yesterday to my house so I thought to ask you about it" I said as soon as he opened the door

"Ah nothing, I had came just to know how the first day of your exhibition was" he said

"Amazing actually, it was fun there were so many people there and..."

"I have some work right now we will talk about it later" he said cutting me

"Uh..okay no problem, see you soon" i said and unlocked the door
