I am so close finishing the fifth book (or book 4. either way it's correct) I'm not quite finished, but here's a sneak peek for you all to read!
Just to set the stage, Kirara, Haruka, Aria, Otome, Mikuru, and Sakura are going trick-or-treating! Also, do you think you can find the hidden reference?

The girls started at the Nikaido house where Mr. Nikaido had a huge tray full of fruity candies! Watermelon, mango, even blue sea salt! Mr. Nikaido even let the girls have extra since Haruka was his daughter.
"Thanks Dad!" Haruka said with a smile
"No problem dudes," Mr. Nikaido replied"But don't go telling everyone, okay?"
"Okay," Kirara nodded "HEY EVERY-"
Kirara was cut off as Aria quickly slammed her hand onto Kirara's mouth. "No," she said sternly
On there way to the next house (the Igarashi House) the girls were attacked by a swarm of vampires! Well, it was actually just Subaru, Kanata, Nozomu, and Asahi. And they didn't attack as much as run past them at amazing speed.
"Hey!" Sakura cried
"Sorry!" Asahi called
When the girls arrived at The Igarashi Home, they were surprised to see Mrs. Igarashi wearing boots and her coat. "Where are you going?" Mikuru asked
"The hospital," she answered casually as Kazu walked over (he was also wearing a vampire costume. Though - in Aria's opinion - he wasn't quite as handsome as his brother)
"Are you visiting Suzu?" Sakura asked
"Yeah. No one's sick. Yet," said Kazu
Suzu was an orphan girl the Igarashi family had befriended around August. She had broken her leg and was staying at the hospital. The Igarashis visited her as much as possible.
"But I have some candy in the kitchen," said Mrs. Igarashi "Let me get you girls some before you go,"
"Yes! Thank you!" Haruka exclaimed
Mrs. Igarashi went inside and Kazu looked at Aria. "Nozomu said you looked cute," he said
"Oh," Aria smiled, her cheeks turning red "Well tell him thanks,"
