Chapter 6 - A love confession

"I... I love you Y/N" the boy said blushing hard and the girl turned into stone from shock.

"R-really? Me? OUT OF ALL FEMALES OUT THERE IT'S ME?" She asked unsure of what she heard of.

"Y-yeah...will you be my girlfriend?" Johan asked, his eyes shone brightly in hope and Y/N gulped nervously.

"I mean... I haven't known you for long Johan..." The girl said and Johan became worried.

"Will you give me time to answer it? I'd like to say "yes" but I feel like this is too soon..." The girl said and Johan's eyes became hollow, the shine gone.

"You don't love me...?" He asked, his voice could tell that he felt hurt and Y/N felt guilty.

"What? No! I just think we should spend more time together and get to known each other properly." The girl said and Johan held her hands on the table.

"Then you mean going out on dates?" The boy said, his eyes regained the hopefull shine back and Y/N smiled at the boy.

"Sorry if I was going too forward it's just...the first time I confessed like this..." He said smiling to Y/N.

"It's fine, should we take a walk? I think Eden is tired of the garden." The girl said pointing at Eden, the dog was looking at them cheerfully, Johan chuckled at went to get his pet.

"Thank you for helping me yesterday, I really didn't know why it happened at all so I was really afraid." The girl said, shaking in fear at the rememberance of the accident yesterday.

"I told you I'd protect you right? I'll always be with you whenever you're in danger...I just didn't expect the danger to be someone I trusted..." Johan said shaking in fear.

"If I lose I'll...I don't even want to think about it but I'm being really selfish here but, Y/N I love you so much!" Johan held Y/N's shoulder and looked deeply into her (e/c) eyes.

"I ever since I met you and saw how you took care of Eden, I didn't just fall in love with your looks, your personality attracted me towards you too and now I can't stop thinking about you so I would really love it if you'd answer "yes" to me..." Johan said, Y/N looked at the boy in surprised but then smiled.

"I like you Johan, but I don't know if my feelings are romantic, I'm sorry..." She said, Johan's eyes went hollow and he smiled faintling.
