After the party I went back to my room. Exhausted with all the confusion and also with the long day.
I immediately crashed on my bed without even daring to think about this new life of mine. One day in and I'm already going crazy. I wasn't a great liar in my past life too, and this is just too hard to handle.
Why didn't this Renjun guy, leave something behind of his friends and family? It could have been of great help right now.
Without thinking further I had drifted of to sleep on the soft bed which was filled with Moomin plushies on one corner for some reason.
"Juniee come on, wake up! Let's go for a movie", a familiar voice said which woke me up the following morning. It was my brother Winwin. He was looking at me smiling while I was still lying on the bed with the sheets covering up till my chest. "Here, I made some breakfast", he added and pointed at the tray next to my bed which had almost burnt off bread with butter messily spread on it.
I smiled back at him and went over to eat it, though it tasted awful I had to appreciate it.
"Change up quickly, we will have to leave in 20 minutes okay. I'll be waiting downstairs", He says again and leaves my room.
It should be alright right? After all it's just a movie with him. So, I headed to washroom to brush my teeth and take a bath. And yes it did feel weird to be in someone else's body, using someone else's tooth brush and the worst part washing someone else's body. But I knew this won't be the worst part of this new life.
As I was done washing up, I went to Renjun's messy wardrobe to find something good to wear. Honestly I just picked up the first thing I found, an orange sweater and a pair of black jeans. Cool. I quickly tossed them on and ran downstairs to meet my brother who was playing with his car keys.
"Let's go?", I said trying to be cheerful, guessing that's how Renjun was before.
"You seem really happy today. Is it because we're going to watch Infinity War?"
"Uhh.. yeah. Of course", Infinity War? I had already watched it though. Oh well, atleast its a Marvel movie. The two of us left the house then and headed to my brother's car. ——————————————————
