"You have a friend who had passed away? How come none of us knew about it? Who is this friend that I don't know about? Why didn't you tell me that you are going to meet this new guy? Why did you have to meet him if he is your friend's friend?!", Jeno spat. Too many questions at once, now I was confused. Why was he so mad? What's wrong in meeting someone else? Is this what happens if someone is in a relationship?
I had nothing to say. I wanted to keep things calm, but Jeno was getting angrier by the minute and it was now scaring me. Where is my brother now? Why isn't he at home?
"Answer me!", Jeno said again, now raising his voice.
"Please don't misunderstand Jeno. He is just a friend, and I met him because I wanted to know what had happened. Jaemin was my very good friend who is now dead. I wanted to know what caused his death and how his family and friends was. I couldn't even see him for the last time. Please don't make this harder for me", I said, trying to sound convincing.
"Fine take your time. But I need some time as well", Jeno said and stormed out of the house. What was going on? Why is he still mad now? Mark and I didn't even do anything.
But now I couldn't think too much about this. I had to inform Mark about this current situation and also find another way to meet to avoid more confusions.
I ran up to my room and texted Mark about the entire scene and then waited for his reply, then I tried calling Winwin to know where he was. But he didn't pick up. He is probably in his class now.
Why did things have to get complicated as soon as I tried to get things in order!? ——————————————————
