I am my conscious and unconscious self together and therefore when I sleep I'm not me. When I sleep, I'm only half-me and half me is not me.
So when I breathe, who else is breathing?
When I dream of you, who else is dreaming?
When I move to the right trying to reach for your arm, who else is hoping you're there?
And when I'm wrong...
When you're not there, who's missing you? Who's loving you if not me
If not the "text me when you're home" me
If not the "be careful" me, then
Who?
If there's a ghost that enters my body when I close my eyes, I believe he loves you but do you believe he loves you as much as I do?
