Today was Monday and I have to go to work. I pushed myself to get up and take a bath and prepare for a stressful day. I'm a wedding planner, designer and an architect. Yes all of that. I donned a black tank top, white blouse, black pants and black pumps and matching accessories.

I trampled down the steps and into the kitchen. I told everyone good morning and got breakfast which consisted of fried bake and cheese with coffee.

"You look lovely dear," mom said kissing my cheek.

"Thanks mom. Has anyone seen my phone?"

"Charging by the tv," dad replied not taking his eyes off his phone.

"Thanks," I said gulping down the remains of the coffee. I placed my utensils in the sink and went in the living room.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" Dad questioned.

"Lily said that Angelina, my boss told her to tell me to hurry up and get to work we have a busy day today and I do not remember having any occasions today," I replied unplugging my phone and throwing it along with the charger and my tablet in my bag.

He nodded.

"What are you going to do all day?" I asked Liam.

"I have to go to my office and sort out some details with a hotel I wish to construct here," he replied.

"You have an office here?"

"Yep. 30 Main Street."

This time I nodded and shouted goodbye to everyone as we stepped outside.

"I'll see you for lunch," Liam said to me and kissed my cheek.

I blushed and whispered,

"Okay."

He smirked and we got in our respective cars and went to work.

"Finally you're here. No one can make a decision without you," Angelina said the moment I stepped out of the elevator.

"Decision about what?" I asked.

"Did you not check your phone Alexandra?" She queried with a shake of her head.

I shook my head and she sighed.

"Tonight is the banquet for the President," she said.

"What?" I shrieked.

"Yes," she said turning around and walking in the direction of her office.

"I do not even have a dress as yet or shoes or accessories," I panicked.

"You can get all of that at lunch. But for now we need to finalise everything and everything had better come through or they shall feel my wrath," she said calmly but there was a hidden undertone to her voice.

I nodded.

"At two o'clock the crew for tonight will go to the Wilton Hotel and you all will dress in one of the suites," she said.

I nodded again.

"Go and ensure that everything is ready and come back with a report in an hour," Angelina said and took her seat.

One hour later I returned to her office.

"We have a problem. The woman for the floral arrangements said she can not get the flowers for today but for today's date next year," I said.

Angelina slowly raised her head to meet my eyes and I mentally counted down the seconds before she erupted and spewed lava from her mouth.

Five.
