Two o'clock rolled around and Angelina told all of tonight's staff to assemble in the lobby where a bus was going to pick them up and drop them off.

"Lily you can ride with me," I said slipping on my sunglasses.

"Thank you," she shouted and ran to my car.

I giggled and followed her.

"Where's your dress?" She asked.

"Liam's bringing it for me," I replied exiting the parking lot.

She nodded and fiddled around with my stereo before settling on Fifth Harmony.

"People we have up to six thirty to finish decorating this place. It needs to look five star and nothing less. You have four hours and there are one hundred of you. Do not disappoint me," I said as we assembled in the hall the banquet was being held.

Choruses of 'yes' were heard and we began transforming the hall into a magnificent, five star room fit for a king.

There was some yelling on my part since one and two persons thought that they could fool around.

A red carpet rolled from the door to the table in the center of the room and vases of flowers lined the circumference. The chandeliers were crystal and radiated a yellow glow throughout the room. The table was long enough to hold one hundred people and was draped in pure white with accents of gold and blue. Blue and white flowers littered the table in small vases and pink, scented candles were placed at intervals. There was no food on the center table only their utensils which were silver and white. To the direct left was another long table which housed the wide selection of food to be served.

"I need ten persons at the food table, five walking around with finger foods, five with champagne, three at the bar, five for valets, seven to move the foods from the kitchen to here if we run out, two at the door and three to stand near the President and his wife. The three that will be with the President are to ensure that all of his needs are met," I said.

They nodded and I continued,

"Lily has a list of the names of who will be in charge of those roles. The rest of you are to mingle around and ensure that people's needs are met. Any problems you report to me at once or call me through the walkie talkies. Ensure to pick one up as you leave the room to your suites. It's six fifteen now, you have half an hour to get dressed and be back in here at quarter to seven. The President should be here at  precisely seven thirty so everything must be running smoothly."

"The place looks marvellous Alexandra. Good work," a voice said as they went to find their names.

I spun around and saw my boss standing there with a wide smile plastered on her face.

"Thank you but it was not only me who did all this work. They all did," I replied sweeping my hands out to the mass of people before me.

"Yes they did," she smiled.

I heard some loud chattering outside and excused myself to check it out.

Walking in to the hotel was Liam who was bombarded by fans asking for his signature and selfies. I smiled as he crouched to speak with a little girl. His eyes fluttered up to mine and he smiled.

His voice sailed from the lobby to me saying,

"I have to go now. I can't keep my best friend waiting."

I blushed as he winked at me.

"You should keep fighting for that boy. He really cares about you," Angelina said from beside me.
