Sick

Last night was surreal. May still can't believe that she and Edward are finally dating exclusively.

As she rolled on the other side of the bed, she was shocked when she bumped into someone until she realized that he is none other than Edward.

"Bai, gising na uy. Kain na tayo gutom na ako." May said as she poked Edward.

She noticed that Edward was not responding so she examined him closely and realized that he is burning up.

"Edward, Ang taas ng lagnat mo!" May panicked.

Immediately, she went to the kitchen to fetch him a glass water and a damp cloth.

she sat beside him and pat the clothes on his forehead and made him drink water. It's a good thing that she knew what to do since she's been taking care of herself for the past few years.

As she was sitting beside Edward, her phone suddenly rang.

"hello?"

"Nako, Kisses di ako pwede today. may sakit kasi si Edward"

"Babawi nalang ako, pero may favor sana ako since malapit kana din dito. Pwede mo ba akong bilihan ng gamot at pagkain para kay Edward? Di ko kasi maiwanan."

"Salamat ha, labyu labyu"

thank God kisses can help her she thought. right after, she ended the call it's time for her to change Edward's clothes.

"Edward, Kailangan na natin palitan yang damit mo matutuyuan ka ng pawis nyan"

Edward tried to nod and did his best to help himself up but he was too sick to do so. Instead, May pulled his clothes with all her strength. It indeed was awkward because he never saw a guy half naked aside from her brother  but she ignored it and decided to think that she needed to do this to help Edward.

right after she changed Edward's clothes The doorbell rang so she answered it and found kisses on the other door.

"Ate May, ito na yung mga pinapabili mo. Idadaan ko lang kasi nagmamadali ako pero goodluck sayo ah! See you tomorrow."

"thank you bb but wait anong meron bukas?"

"Diba birthday ni Elisse"

"Ah oo ng a, nako sige see you kung gumaling agad si Edward"

"Oo, btw nakasalubong ko si Marco kanina and nabnggit ko na may sakit si Edward. Try daw niya dumaan but di pa siyabsure. Anyway ate may una na ako! Bye!"

May, closed the door and went to Edward to make him drink the meds. She decided that she will let him rest and later nalang siyang pakainin.

She laid beside him to check on his temperature every 3 he's but ended up falling asleep.

(6am in the morning)

Edward's POV (Omg)

As I opened my eyes, I realized that it was already morning but too early for me to wake up as the clock read 4am.

I noticed that there was something weighing on my chest and realized it was may sleeping on it. It immediately brought a smile on my face as I remember how she took care of me yesterday.

"Iba talaga ang tama ko kay May" he thought.

I stroked her hair gently and kissed her on the forehead but she suddenly woke up and looked at me in the most beautiful but panicked way.
