Edward's POV

"Laura, mom said you'll have to go to La Union tomorrow and help tita out. Our cousin is sick"

"But it's too far! Plus, I haven't even spent a day with Ate May." Laura whines.

"Where is May btw? I should call her down. And Laura, you have no choice or mom is gonno get angry"

As I enter May's room, I see May all wrapped up with a comforter looking so cute. I sat by the bed and admire her face.

"She really is beautiful" I thought.

Suddenly, drool came out of May's face and Edward can't help but laugh.

"Haynako, may. WAKE UPPPPP" I can't help but laughs and tickles her so she wakes up.

May was so shocked she kicked me so I fell of the bed laughing.

"Baliw ka dong. Antok pa ako eh. 5am palang oh! 8 pa yung rehearsal"

"You missy have to wake up now because we are going to have breakfast together. Come on, up up" I poked her until she gets up.

"carry me"

No problem with that she's light as a feather so I carried her like a sleeping babywrapped up on my torso.

Laura then sees us and immediately teases "Aww you look like a couple"

"Shut up, we're bestfriends" Edward says as I place may on the chair. I then served her with a plate full of veggies and soup.

"Ano to dong? bat ang daming gulay." May whines.

"May you need to eat vegetables! All you eat is noodles you are so unhelthy. As long as I am here you will eat healthy."

"Bahala ka diyan yung soup lang kakainin ko" May annoyingly replied

"Pag di mo kinain yan di kita sasamahan manuod ng mga korean dramas mo"

"Fine!!!!"

After our breakfast, we prepared for our rehearsal and went to the studio. May worked so hard that day because she has an upcoming performance with professional dancers. As lunch came, I bid May goodbye as I went to the restaurant where I and heaven will meet.

3rd Person's POV

Little did he know that the restaurant has a single paparazzi looking out for them. As to who tipped him about the meeting. We don't know.

Edward entered the restaurant and saw Heaven waiting patiently on the corner of the room sipping her wine. As she spotted Edward she immediate stood up to hug him and kisses him on the cheek.

Edward on the other hand decided to push her away and immediately sat on the chari to start with his lunch and open the conversation.

"So, long time no see." Heaven said.

"yeah, I'm glad we can have this conversation to clear things up. So, I guess I'll start by thanking you for giving me a wonderful friendship. As for the other part whatever we call it. I'll have to say that I am already done with it and I am moving on. Whatever happened, happened. I care about May and if things like rumors or fake news comes up she will be the one who will get hurt and I dont want that happening" Edward strongly states.

"Do you like her? as in like like her?" Heaven reacts.

"I don't know okay. I think I'm starting to but I'm not sure" Edward answers truthfully.

Heaven holds his hand and tell him "Okay, if that's what you want"

Edward smiles and thanks her.

Deep inside, Heaven still will not give up but she will try another method of getting Edward back because she really likes him.

As Edward is on his way home, he opened his social media and was shocked that there's an article saying that he met up with Heaven and the photo shows they were cozily holding hands as they share a meal.

Bashers immediately commented below that Heaven deserves him more than May because of many comments.

May on the other hand read these comments an hour ago and went to see her bestfriend Marco since Kisses was out for a taping. Upon arriving at his condo, Marco opened the door and immediately hugged May.

"It's okay ate May, Don't believe whatever they are saying. They don't know you. You are beautiful inside and out okay? always remember that." Marco comforts May as they seat on the couch hugging each other.

Edward could not reach May because she turned off her phone. Worriedly, Edward went to her condo only to find out she was not there so he head on to Marco's unit.

As Marco welcomed him, he mentioned that May is sleeping on his bed because she's been crying for more than an hour.

"Bro, what were you thinking? You knew as a celebrity you need to be cautious of your actions. May is being bashed all over the internet" Marco angrily states.

"I did not mean for it to happen. I talked to heaven because I wanted to have closure on whatever we had and I told her that my priority now is May." Edward defended.

"di ko alam anong plano mo but please keep may out of this okay? I don't want seeing her sad. She can stay here at my place tonight since she's asleep anyway." Marco added.

"Where will you stay then?" Edward asks.

"Sa tabi niya syempre. She needs me" Marco answers

Edward felt a slight tug on his heart but nodded and went back to May's condo to sleep off this stressful day.

Marco on the other hand hugged and kissed may on the cheeks as he prepares to sleep.

"I'll protect you ate may up until he can't" Marco stated before he slept.
