Edward's POV
As I felt her jump out of the bed like I was some kind of virus. My initial reaction was worry that she might run away but thank God she just stood still but what broke me was the reaction of her face. I can see everything how hurt and tired she was especially her swollen eyes.
"May, can we talk? Please."
"Alam mo Dong, gusto kitang kausapin pero feeling ko yung puso ko hindi pa ready. Gusto kong malaman yung side mo pero di ko makalimutan yung mga headlines and news news na nabasa ko at di ngtatapos dun. Gusto kong yakapin ka at halikan ka dahil miss na miss kita pero lumalabs yung image ng nangyari sainyo ni heaven sa utak ko" may replied with tears on her face.
I tried to reach out and hold her face but she moved away.
"Hindi pa ako ready, Ed. Bigyan moko ng time."
"May, please. It was all a big misunderstanding, a mistake. I need to talk to you. Please let me. I love you" edward pleaded.
"Bro, I think you need to leave. Give her time." Marco butted in.
I did not realize that he was there. I brought May to her condo as I slept here with her. Now that I saw that Marco is holding a take out meal. I realized that he bought it for May.
"Please leave Edward, wag ngayon." May repeated.
"I understand"
I walked away from them silently and headed to my unit as I threw myself on my bed and silently cried. I know its not a guy thing to do but what can I do.
Totoo yung kasabihan na minsan lang mainlove ang mga lalaki pero kapag nangyari yun todo inlove naman.
I guess i'll just pray to God that this will be fixed dahil mahal na mahal ko talaga si May. I don't think that I can imagine a life without her.
Ang sakit pakinggan ng sinabihan niya ako ng "please leave" tagos eh. Words can really hurt a person pero naiintindihan ko siya din nasaktan ko at grabr ang dinanas niya. Nakita ko sa online articles Ang nangyare sakanya sa interview nung isang araw.
Sana talaga mapatawad niya ako.
