chapter 11

hoseok's POV
what the ever loving fuck just happened? first, i see taehyung and jungkook going to talk in private, then taehyung and jimin are leaving without speaking a word, and lastly, jungkook just ran past all of us crying without a word of explanation. huh, this is definitely the most interesting doctors visit i've ever experienced. "shouldn't we go check on him and hear what happened?" i asked jin and yoongi. "no, i know that kid well. if people ask him what's wrong it just makes it worse. just give him some space," yoongi said. "ok then. um should we check on namjoon now?" i asked. jin nodded his head and we were off to namjoon's hospital room. yoongi knocked on the door and received a quiet "come in". we entered namjoon's room and saw him looking better than he did last time i was here. "hey joonie! you're looking a lot better!" i exclaimed. "yeah i guess so..." he responded. "where's jungkook? jimin told me he was coming with the rest of you." "something must've happened but we have no idea. we were in the waiting room when he and taehyung left to have a private talk and then he sprinted past us crying," yoongi said. i noticed namjoon was starting to look a little pale, was he ok? "um so you said he was talking with taehyung?" he asked. yoongi gave him a slight nod. "by any chance is taehyung still here?" "no before jungkook came tae came back and walked out with jimin," jin answered. ok, now namjoon was looking more pale than ever. "hey joonie are you ok? what's wrong?" i asked. but i didn't get a response.

namjoon's POV
SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT OH MY FUCKING GOD WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU DONE KIM NAMJOON! i told taehyung that jungkook liked him and now i'm sure that's what he told jungkook and now jungkook is so upset and AH. god why do i have to ruin everything. i snapped out my thoughts when i saw jin's hand waving in front of my face. "namjoon!" he yelled. "oh sorry i just got caught in my mind for a while." "you ok?" "yeah i'm fine." "ok..." the room got a little quiet after that but was interrupted by hoseok's phone ringing. "oh sorry guys it's youngjae. i'll be back in a little bit." he then exited the room closing the door quietly behind him. "so, how have you been feeling recently?" jin asked. "i've been feeling better." what a lie. "they have a therapist come in here ever other day to talk to me so that's kinda nice." "well i'm glad to hear that you're feeling better. that makes me happy." he said. i hummed in agreement. "so, how have you guys been recently?" "pretty good, but we've all been worried about you, especially jungkook." yoongi said. "jungkook?" "oh boy let me tell you, that kid really cares about you." i could feel a blush rise to my cheeks. jungkook..cares about me? they're just telling you that to make you feel better. no one would actually care about you, you depressed bitch. yeah, that makes more sense in my head. i'm about to say something but yoongi's phone also started to ring.

yoongi's POV
i looked to see who was calling me. hoseok? what the hell? even though i find this very odd, i answer.
YOONGI: hoseok? why the hell are you calling me? aren't you right outside the door? are you crying?

HOSEOK: i just found out youngjae has been cheating on me.

YOONGI: WHAT!?

flashback to when hoseok was on the phone with youngjae

HOSEOK: hey jae, what are you calling me for? i'm at the hospital visiting namjoon so i can't talk long.

UNKNOWN: who the hell are you?

HOSEOK: who the hell am i? who the hell ARE YOU?

UNKNOWN: i'm youngjae's girlfriend.

HOSEOK: what? no no no that can't be. i'm youngjae's boyfriend.

UNKNOWN: are you telling me that for the past 5 months that we've been dating, he's been cheating on me?!

HOSEOK: 5 months? he's been cheating on me for 5 months?! we've been dating for a year and a half!

UNKNOWN: oh my god. i can't believe this! i don't know about you but i'm leaving his ass. goodbye.

back to now

HOSEOK: yeah... *sniffle*

YOONGI: is there anything i can do for you? do you want to come back in the room?

HOSEOK: no i don't want joonie to see me like this. can you just drive me home?

YOONGI: yeah of course. i'll be out there shortly.

HOSEOK: ok hyung, thank you. oh and also, could you make sure not to tell anyone else? especially joonie?

YOONGI: don't worry hoseok, i won't. see you soon.

"ok so there's been a little bit of an issue and i'm going to leave real quick to drive hoseok home," i say to jin and namjoon. "is everything ok?" jin asked. "yeah something just came up but i'll be back shortly." "well what came up?" namjoon asked. "hoseok has asked me not to tell you so i can't say but i'm sure you'll find out soon enough."

namjoon's POV
soon enough? soon enough? that's some bs. if something's wrong with one of my friends i can't just sit here and not know. "yoongi can you please tell me? i promise i won't say anything to hoseok!" i say. "namjoon i said no," yoongi said with a more stern voice. "you can't just say something is wrong with someone and not even bother to tell us!" "WELL WHAT ABOUT WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS ALL THIS TIME AND NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO TELL US?! WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE THERE?!" he yelled. i felt tears forming in my eyes, but i was too angry to care. "YOU GUYS NEVER SEEMED TO NOTICED ALL THAT TIME THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG!" "IF YOU PUT ON A FAKE GODDAMN SMILE EVERYDAY AND LAUGH ALONG WITH THE REST OF US YOU'D KNOW IT'S PRETTY FUCKING HARD TO TELL!" "namjoon! youngjae cheated on hoseok ok! hoseok just texted me because he heard the yelling in here." jin said. i'm glad i knew what happened, but my brain was being stupid and made me continue to argue with yoongi. "SO, THEN IF YOU WERE SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION YOU WOULD TELL EVERYONE WHAT ALL YOUR PROBLEMS ARE?! SOMEONE CHEATING ON YOU ISN'T THAT BAD!" "FIRST OFF, I HAVE SUFFERED FROM DEPRESSION BEFORE, BEFORE WE WERE FRIENDS, BUT YOU'RE FINDING THAT OUT UNTIL NOW. SO, YOU'RE RIGHT I WOULDN'T. AND YOU'VE NEVER DATED ANYONE RIGHT? WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT HOW HOSEOK'S FEELING RIGHT NOW?! NOT EVERY FUCKING THING IS ABOUT YOU NAMJOON! STOP BEING SO GOD DAMN SELFISH!" and with that final statement, yoongi grabbed jin and dragged him out the room while slamming the door very loudly behind him. you just had to push him, didn't you? ugh just shut up- no i won't. look what you just did. you just ruined the friendship you had with all three of those people! please just stop- you made jungkook bawl, yoongi is mad at you, you possibly could've ruined tae and jimin's relationship, jin is probably scared of you, and you were being an inconsiderate jerk to hoseok. you've really done it this time you screw up. i didn't mean to do this- you shouldn't even stick to your plan at this point, just bail out of this hospital tonight and end everything. you'll be happy, everyone around you will be happy, everything will finally be good. y-you're right... exactly. so, what do you say? let's do this. i'm ready to finally be gone.

hi! i hope you enjoyed this chapter! i kinda have mixed feelings about this one,i hate it but at the same time i don't. i went on a vacation for the 4th of july so my timezone is thrown off and i get tired at like 8pm so h a h a that's great. i'm thinking of whether or not to actually publish that book i was talking about earlier but ehh i guess i'll see soon enough. i recently got into voltron and have been reading A LOT of klance fanfiction *finger guns*. i'm sorry i'm just ranting now. if you celebrate the 4th of july, i hope you have a wonderful day full of exploding fireworks! talk to you guys later! bye!
