**A/N**: Once again, I am warning you now that I kept things as consistent as possible, but videos suck.
SO, I just have to say, HAPPY 1D DAY. Also, if things went well, I have posted this at 3:22pm EST (aka 8:22pm GMT, which is the time our boys were officially put together in a group). Either way, today is an awesomely awesome day. I also wrote this chapter within a couple of hours of posting the other chapter, but wanted to wait to post it. Why? YOU'LL SEE, but only if you keep reading.
Uhm, this chapter is dedicated to SarahJaneDuplessis because she's one of my closest friends AND she helped get me into One Direction because she thought I would love Louis' craziness. She was right. Hehehe.
Okay, now go read and then comment/vote/fan/message to let me know what you think. I hope you all love this chapter as much as I loved writing it.

*Liam's POV*
(July 22, 2010)
I must be going crazy, I tell myself. There's no other reasonable explanation as to why I'm hugging Niall Horan. It just doesn't seem logical for him to be at the X Factor boot camp in London right now. He did say he was going to camp, though...
Niall starts to pull out of the hug and looks up at me. I actually forgot that I'm a bit taller than him, probably from only seeing him on a computer screen for the last 19 months. He just grins at me and I find myself smiling back. “You alright?” he asks.
“Yeah, I'm great, actually. Kinda scared for the next few days, I suppose,” I admit.
“Aye, makes sense. I've been a bit of a nervous wreck ever since I got to London,” he tells me.
“So, how are you liking it here so far?” I ask.
“I'm not really sure. I haven't been here that long.”
I stop for a minute, not sure what to say next. Small talk is bad. Then, a thought pops into my head. “So...”
“Yeah?”
I smirk at the blonde lad before continuing. “You never did tell me who 'Lily' is, y'know.”
Niall's smile falters a bit when I say that, then he forces a laugh. “There really isn't much to tell,” he says.
“Yeah, and I'm a fairy princess,” I tease. “Spill.”
He hesitates and I can see that he's thinking through what to say. Before he can start talking, though, we're told that it's time for the vocal training part of boot camp to begin. “I'll tell you later, deal?” Niall whispers as we head to the area for the 'Boys' category.
“Promise?” I hold out a pinky and give him a serious look.
“I promise,” he says, locking his pinky with mine to seal the deal.

I never did get the chance to talk to Niall yesterday; we were busy constantly and I think he might have been avoiding me. Stop thinking about that. The judges are calling out the names of the people who have made it to the judges' houses. Focus.
I stand on the stage with all of the other lads in the 'Boys' category lined up alongside me. Name after name is called and I keep waiting to hear my own, but it isn't called. I follow everyone else out the door to where the other contestants who have been eliminated are standing around, crying their eyes out. I find a spot in the room to sit and let my tears flow. This is worse than it was last time because this time I thought I had improved significantly. At least I made it to the judges' houses before.
