"Vanya...wake up..."

A soft, song like voice floods Ivan's ears. His eyes slightly open, seeing the beautiful face of Yao Wang.

"Good morning, solnishka..." He smiles, stroking the elder's cheek softly.

"Aiyah, stop it, aru." Yao giggles lightly, his face flushing bright pink. "It's time to get up, bǎobèi..."

"What time is it, Yao-Yao?"

"Late enough for us to have already been gone, aru."

Ivan smiles, sitting up in the bed. He rubs his tired eyes as Yao combs through his chocolate brown hair.

"Where would you like to go today, Malishka?"

"I'm not a child, aru. Why use such a name?"

"Maybe it's because you're adorable."

Yao rolls his eyes, though a soft smile is visible on his face. "Don't say such absurd things, aru."

Wrapping his scarf around his neck, Ivan smiles. "Why is it absurd? It's true."

Yao comes out of the bathroom and nudges the taller man in the arm. "My, my, XĪNGĀN, you're quite the flirt, aren't you?" Yao smirked before opening the door to the hotel room.

"What does that mean, Yao-Yao?"

"Nothing of your concern, aru."

Yao walks by Ivan's side, earning a few glances from people walking down the streets.

"Hey, hey! You're pretty!"

Yao and Ivan turn around, a young girl around the age of five standing behind them.

"Oh, thank you, aru!"

"My mommy says your husband is a very lucky man!"

Ivan's face flushes red. Yao smiles and kneels down before the girl. "I'm lucky to have found him, aru."

"Elizabeth..."

A young woman comes up behind the girl. "I'm sorry she bothered you two-"

"Oh, no! It's fine, aru! Your daughter is a wonderful little girl!"

"Thank you. Come, darling."

As the two walk away, Elizabeth turns to wave at the nations, leaving Ivan speechless.

"What a beautiful girl..." Yao says softly. Ivan takes his hand.

"She was, wasn't she..."

Yao turns. "We should go, aru. We have some things to take care of."

Ivan smiles, "Yes we do."

Seychelles takes a deep breath and raises her hand slowly, earning Germany's attention.

"I said raise your hand in a way that does not mock any salutes of my country's past, did I not? Anyway, Seychelles may speak."

The brunette girl lowers her hand. "R-Russia and China aren't here today-"

"They don't matter." Lukas says bluntly. "After what happened yesterday, it would be better if they didn't come back at all."

"B-But they are still nations!"

"That doesn't matter."

Seychelles looks around at the other nations. "They are still important!"
