Episode 4: The Shadows of the Past

---Haley's POV---
I sat at the table at Oo-duh-lattes with Jade and Lily. (First Name) and the rest of Team United were still on their mission and Abby was probably doing important higher up stuff. My team logo had turned gold on my arm. I now lead Team Hamilton. I am pretty damn proud of myself, considering the fact that I have no skill.

"I wonder if Abby has an office." Lily said.

"That would be so cool!" Jade cheered. Suddenly, my team logo glew platinum.

"Becca wants me," I said. "I will catch up with you guys in a bit." I walked over to the elevator.

"Which floor?" Siri asked.

"The seventh floor." I stated.

"Okay," Siri said. "Going up." The elevator shot up. Once it reached the floor, I got out and walked to Becca's door. I barged in to find Becca looking out the window.

"We move under cover and we move as one," I sang. "Through the night, we have one shot to live another day. We cannot let a stray gunshot give us away. We will fight up close, seize the moment and stay in it. It’s either that or meet the business end of a bayonet. The code word is ‘Rochambeau,’ dig me?" Becca chuckled and turned to me.

"I tried signaling Abby," Becca said. "She hasn't come up. Is she staying up late again?"

"Actually no," I said. "She fell asleep early. She began to snore around 8:30."

"Hey," Becca chuckled. "That rymed."

"I tried." I said. "But seriously, I thought Abby would be in her office."

"Mark checked." Becca said. "He also checked with John. She didn't have any missions and she didn't order coffee from Oo-duh-lattes. Where could she be?" I hesitated for a moment. I then looked up at the camera in the corner of the office. I remember when we were all spying on Becca, Rachel, and Abby in the office before Morpheus began to crumble.

"Have you checked the security camera?" I asked. Becca's eyes widened.

"Right!" Becca shouted. "The security camera!" We ran down to the check in counter. Once we got there, John looked up from his book.

"Hello Ms. Parham," John said. "How may I assist you?"

"I need to check the security cameras." Rebecca stated. John nodded and gave us access. We walked over to the security room and looked at each screen.

"Where do we start?" I asked.

"Hospital wing." Becca said. "I saw her there yesterday." Becca rewinded to when she saw Abby last.

"I should not of let you come with me." Abby said. A tear rolled down her eyes. Becca tried to reach out to her, but the I.V. wouldn't reach far enough.

"I was the one who followed you." Becca said. "It was my fault."

"He needs to die." Abby growled. "I need to stop him. I created this monster, I need to end this monster's life." Abby got up and stormed out. The cameras followed her out of the room and to the front desk. Abby was stopped by (First Name). The pair chatted for a bit, then Abby continued. She made her way to the check in counter, talked to John, and John handed her something.

"John!" I called out. "What did you give Abby?!"

"A map to a person I was told who can stop X." John said. "This journey involves going through the Forest of Nightmares."

"Oh fuck." I said. I looked at Becca. Becca nodded and pulled out her walkie-talkie.

"Mark," Becca said. "Signal Team Hamilton and Team United to my office. We are doing a search and rescue mission."
