33. Wrong Crowd

I sat at my desk as the group talked about the pictures we took the other day I didn't really get to be in it since I left early and it seems Jiho wasn't in it too."We look so good"Mira said happy "but Crystal isn't in it"Zoe pouted but Crystal said it was fine I didn't interrupt since it really wasn't my place to do so. I got up and sat in the desk in front of Jiho "Hey Jiho I guess you and me are the only two that are invisible"I joked he got flustered and I laughed "Yeah I guess so"he had a sad look on his face and I ruffled his hair telling him it's fine "I'm used to being an outcast so this doesn't really affect me much but it still sorta hurts"I sighed "Wanna go to the store after school I'll buy you some food"he asked my eyes instantly lit up "Really?!"I'm a sucker when it comes to food as you can see "Yeah!"we went to lunch and after school we walked me to the store but I couldn't help notice how Daniel looked angry. I shrugged it off and continued to walk with Jiho we bought some chips and sodas and I had a feeling that I was kinda acting like I've never eaten before "sorry for making you buy all this stuff "he shook his head saying it was okay and I was so happy.

We heard a commotion from someone at the ATM and since Jiho didn't want to be involved we tried to sneak out but then he noticed us well he noticed Jiho. We both thought he was going to well bully us for some money but he only asked to receive money through Jiho's card he was surprisingly nice a little crazy but nice. "So Jiho who's this beauty"he asked and for some reason I blushed waving shyly "I'm Ha-nuel Yoo" he stared at me astonished "Wait the Ha-nuel Yoo as in Gun's Ha-nuel's You"my eye slightly twitched but I nodded. "Wow didn't think the girl of a gangster would be so innocent"he seemed scared but why would he be I'm like 5'3 and he's a solid 6'0. "Well let's hangout sometime"he waved goodbye and I walked home by myself since I didn't want Jiho to be tired I walked down my darling street but I bumped into someone posting things on a light pole "oh I'm sorry"I walked off but I heard a camera sound which made me turn around only to find no one there.

When I finally got home and fell asleep I woke up to a call at around 3:00 am from Jiho "Ha-nuel come to xxx XXX xx I'm here with James and we're going out to eat wanna join?"he sounded so excited so I said yes and sneakily changed my clothes and tried sneaking out but I was caught by The "where the hell are you going at 3 in the morning"he sounded like a housewife "out with some friends"I started feeling nervous and he fake cried like the dramatic queen he is "omg this is finally happening she's socializing"I rolled my eyes walking to the place and I greeted everyone while Jiho introduced me. They were smoking and drinking but I stayed sober and ate all the food I can "I love a woman who can eat as much as I do"one of the guys winked at me and I challenged him to a chicken eating contest and I won while he groaned with a stomach ache. "What a woman Gun is so lucky "James laughed and I down one drink I mean it wouldn't hurt right "So many girls worry about their figure how are you so carefree"Jiho asked fully drunk and I shrugged saying I'm not really carefree I worry about it all the time about my weight. "I mean I'm probably as heavy as one of you guys I'm not a size 5 or zero and sure it's taken me some time to understand that I'm perfect the way I am it's still hard trying to see it " I didn't know why but I was just spilling all my emotions out was it because of the booze?

We drank and ate like real friends but soon things took a down fall and I kinda snuck away. I stumbled out on the street almost falling at some moments. I felt myself fall only to be caught by someone I didn't see their face. They were talking but I couldn't hear them I blacked out.

I woke up in a soft silly bed I looked around seeing no one "Good god my head hurts"I groaned in pain but I soon heard a door open it was Jay. "Jay?! You're the one that found me"I asked he nodded but he looked angry. I explained everything to him but he was still kinda mad "Sorry for not saying anything it just seemed that you guys didn't really care and just went off on my own"he looked angrier by the second

"Ok how can I make it up to you"I asked he took some pen and paper and wrote something down 'Stay here with me for a day' I nodded but I felt the sharp pain of my headache he gave me some Advil and water. I laid back down and Jay hovered on top of me. I always wondered what was under his shaggy hair I pushed the hair away and he leaned down about to kiss me but my phone rang. "Let me guess you're at a friend's house" he said sarcastically I said yes he told me to be careful but not before scolding my ear off. When he got off the phone I fell back on Jay's bed with a sigh. "Jay aren't your parents going to be back soon"I said staring at him bringing over a breakfast tray for me "They're aren't really around much are they " I asked he nodded and I gave him a sad smile "you and me both and besides you're living life large you're not bullied or bothered" I wish I was like you"he shook his head no "why"I asked he wrote something down "so it's lonely at the top isn't it"he shrugged but I playfully punched his shoulder "well hey if you ever feel lonely I'm here for you"he smiled and we spent the rest of the day just hanging out in his bedroom with his puppies.

I went home but then I was literally ambushed by my friends and some purple haired kid. "Who in the cheese balls are you"I pointed at him and I could see Crystal gesturing for me to stop. "Your daddy"I walked out when he said that nope not today not today
