I know this motherfucker didn't say what I think I heard him say. Ava is pregnant! I'm pissed off, I want to really damage some shit. First off I need to figure out who the fuck did that to her. I stopped by Tremaines job earlier in that day and I've pretty much been out all day. I come home around 7:30 and I was just about to invite this young girl I met at the bar over when around 9:30 I started hearing sirens and shit. Didn't think too much of it because of the neighborhood until I heard all the commotion in the hall. I stepped out they we're carrying Ava out. I'm still trying to piece together what the hell she had going on in order for her to be in a mess like this. I think it's Tremaine ass but I can't prove it yet. I've been trying to see what the hell is up with her but she had me removed from all of her privacy policies and stuff like that. I'm her damn husband. If she just would have been home with me there would have been no issues. I could have protected her! Now she laid up with a bisexual nigga baby.
I was so mad at these thoughts I started trying to piece them together. How far was she? When did she find out? Could it be mines? We slept together months ago too. I had to find out. This could be my way back in.

It was Monday morning and I decided to take Tre up on his offer and hire his friend Jimmy as my lawyer. I still wasn't divorcing my wife but I wanted to file some other paper work.
I grabbed my keys off the counter and finished my cup of coffee and headed out the door.
I drove to Jackson Lewis Firm and requested to see Jimmy. Luckily he had time to meet with me unexpectedly today since it was an urgent matter to me.
I waited 10 minutes before Jimmy came out to greet me.
"Drew Phillips? " he asked
"Yes sir in the flesh. " I replied
"It's certainly nice to meet you. Let's head up to my office and discuss this matter shall we? " he said. We got on the elevator and headed to his office. He seemed like a cool dude. I hoped he had good work ethic.
We arrived to his office and sat down. He took out his pen and pad and began taking notes.
"So I have a wife. We've been married for 6 years. I had a mishap back in the day that kind of caused us to separate , a couple months ago I recently found her through a friend. She wants a divorce and I don't but I just found out last night that she's pregnant and it's a high possibility the baby may be mines and a possibility the baby may be her lovers. What are my options? " I asked.
"Well so far, she can be suspected of foul play and abandonment, if she can provide the judge with legal documentation for divorce then it will most likely go in her favor. So far as for the baby. She has the legal right until the child is born. Once the baby is born you can request paternity testing through the courts if this turns out to be your baby we can proceed with rights and other charges as well. Sounds like a plan? Right now I want to get mediation set up with a judge before we go any step further. But I can have her served with papers as soon as I get them finished up. " he stated. I liked him already. He was handling everything I needed and then some. I hoped this would go in my favor because all hell was gone break loose if it didn't.
"Sounds like a plan to me. " I replied.
Jimmy shook my hand and told me paperwork will be on it's way and I should hear something back in a week. This should be interesting.
"Before I go Jimmy, the other favorable father is Tremaine, your fellow coworker" I said. Hell if I was being brought down so was everybody else.
He looked shocked as hell to hear me say that and wrote down my statement. I shook his hand and left.
I decided Tremaine still may be my way of getting Ava back but I had other plans. I was going to pay her parents a visit. They'll be happy to see me. After all I am their son in law.
I booked a flight to Texas for next weekend so I could have time to plan and for Ava to at least heal. I'm quite sure her parents don't know that she's pregnant so the weekend will be full of surprises.
I headed back to my way and decided to stop by Lacy's house. When I pulled up, I didn't see her car.
Where the hell is she? I thought to myself. I still walked up to the door and tried the knob to open it. It turned surprisingly. I opened it and I didn't see or hear anyone. I decided to roam through her apartment and see what I could about Ava or even her. I went through everything drawers, cabinets, seat covers you name it. Nothing. I thought to myself she's a smart bitch. But not smart enough. I came across a number hidden behind the toothpaste box it read 794-555-9850. I slid it in my pocket and decided to have a friend check it out later. Right now everyone is a suspect to me and I didn't trust no one.
I headed out of her apartment and back to my place. I decided I was going to relax and put my mind to work especially after she got served with papers. It was time for me to shine for me to win and I will sooner or later.
