Chapter 26

I was back home and settled in with the twins. Drew and I hired a nanny to help out and he hired security for our safety. I had to go buy me a new car since the first one was vandalized. Charlie was settled in with us also. For some reason I trusted her. She always had my back. Tremaine even has been here helping out. But our plan was still in motion.
We laid the babies down for a nap and Drew and I decided to step outside.
"Hey, so what do we do about court? " he asked..
"We put it off for a while, we have bigger shit to deal with, besides I like having you around helping with Lana. " I said. It was the truth, he has been a big help. And to be honest I needed everyone here for my plan to work. I needed my peace back.
"That's fine with me, I'll make that call but I do need to tell you that boss man want the first hit done by the end of the week you think you can handle that? " he asked me.
I wasn't really ready. I didn't want to be away from my babies but this shit had to be done.
"Yeah you know you never really ready to do no shit like this but it's has to be done yanno. " I replied shrugging my shoulders. He rubbed my shoulder and i felt calm for a minute...
"Alright I have everything set up for tonight. You and Charlie make the first move in Louisiana, the baby is with Lacy's people. Jody is a drug addict it'll be easier to get by him, do her pops then her mother aight? No prisoners? " he stated.
I nodded in agreement " no prisoners. " I repeated.
Drew help me set my plan into my motion. By tonight shit will hit the fan. It was time though. Everybody was coming for me so I had to protect my family.

Drew and Tremaine stayed behind in Atlanta and Charlie and I drove to Louisiana. Drew had us strapped and packed with all the equipment we needed.
We arrived several hours later and I made Charlie park several blocks over. We scoped out the house first and contemplated on when to make the first move...
It was about midnight when we decided to go ahead. I sent Drew the ok message letting him know we we're in basically.
Charlie went through the back and I went through the front. The mother was up in the attic knitting and the father was stretched out on the couch. When I got inside, I got closer to the chair her pops was in and got close enough without alerting him. I put my silencer on and was ready to take my hit when I noticed he had already been hit. He was dead.
That was weird who the fuck beat me to the punch, no one else knew about this baby right? I didn't have much time to think. I took it as a loss and moved to the next one. I went to Jody's room and when I got there he was dead too from overdose, now be had to have been there for a while because his room smelled terrible. Charlie should have made her way to the attic by now. I went to the nursery and grabbed the baby. This was all odd, the brother, the father was dead and the baby was still here untouched. I jolted to the car around the block and texted Drew. I informed him on the news and he told me he would look into it. After ten minutes Charlie came back to the car out of breath.
"Everything cool? " I asked her .
"Yeah that bitch was a tough cookie but I got her, I checked she's dead. " she stated. I told her that I found the other two already dead and we both agreed it was weird, and decided to look into it later. Now it was time to head back to Atlanta........

We arrived back in Atlanta at about 6:00 am and I was tired as hell. This hollering ass baby kept me up the whole way here and I just needed to shower and sleep before the twins got up. We got into the house and Tremaine was knocked out in the room with Lane. Drew was on the couch with Lana.
Charlie grabbed the baby and took her to the other nursery and said was going to shower and eat. I told her cool. I propped down on the couch and woke Drew sleeping beauty ass up.
"How did it go? " he asked.
"Easy, too easy, somebody fucking with us, the daddy, the brother was there but already dead the mom was the only one alive upstairs in the attic. " I stated.
He rubbed his beard like he always does when he thinks and continued to talk.
"Yeah it does seem weird. I'll look into it. Boss man texted me last night and told me the next hit is up tonight too. " he said. Damn it tonight again?
"Damn Drew come on now I'm tired as he'll.... " in the middle of my ranting he cut me off.
"The sooner you finish this, the sooner you'll be free and have peace and spend time with the babies. You have to play your cards right. No one besides us here should know your moves and plans ok? So for now we focus on the next move. It's going to be Lacy, she'll be coming for you or me, since the baby is missing, she'll automatically think it's me. Be on the lookout for her alright? She should be out of your way tonight after that you move on to Giselle. " he stated. I nodded because he was right. I needed this shit to be done. The quicker it's done the quicker I'll be able to chill.
