this meme was too hilarious not to share.

"Oh, yeah, we forgot to talk about that," Hoseok chuckled, rubbing a hand behind his neck. Yoongi wasn't chuckling though. Instead he frowned, nose scrunched up as he always did when something didn't go his way.

"She wasn't there."

You made a 'o' shape with your lips, cringing hard every time Jin touched your wound and plastered on another layer of bandaging and hard pressure, the sensation vibrating throughout your whole body. You couldn't make a sound because you've had enough attention for the past few days and felt heavily guilty for half the drama in the house and the commotion.

"Let's talk over some food," Jin suggested, pushing down on your knee for support to help himself stand up again.

"Getting old huh?" you teased and he returned a playful pinch to your shin before running off to help Eun Ae and Sil Hye in the kitchen.

Sil Hye working in a bar meant she made amazing cocktails, even some mocktails for those of you who didn't like to drink. Meaning you and Gabriela, who seemed to have a begrudging hatred towards any alcoholic beverage.

Surprisingly, she was exceptional at cooking as well, making homemade noodles from scratch. Eun Ae used to be a cook at a traditional korean restaurant in one of her old jobs- she made a killer bone broth.

"Mmmm," was the sound of the hour as everyone dug in, not uttering any real words for a good ten minutes.

Namjoon recollected their less than successful attempt at finding Selina. A tip off had told them she worked as a coach for a high school team for a high end boy's school so they had gone to check it out yesterday, see her on the pitch. She was actually playing basketball once they had spotted her but Yoongi insisted he could beat her. He still did. However, this morning, she hadn't gone to school practice and obviously they couldn't ask around as that was strange and on the verge of creepy if you didn't know their motive. With that fail, they ate, having missed breakfast that morning- Jin made sure to butt in at this point, mentioning his delicious stack of pancakes he had made- and then the boys had decided it best to give in for the day and returned home.

"So you're going back tomorrow?" Sil Hye asked, more directly to Hoseok. He smiled a little and pulled her into a loose hug, "yes."

Were you jealous? Slightly.

You had become accustomed to seeing everyone so openly displaying their affections that you weren't even the slightest little bit embarrassed as you watched. You managed to turn away after a few seconds of envious stares. There were still a few unspoken words between you and Taehyung. It could be assumed you were a couple now but that was weird to conclude for yourself.

"Will it be you four going again?" you asked to disperse such thoughts.

"Mhm, you're definitely not coming-" Yoongi pointed out and you scowled. How much more action were you going to miss? Pesky foot. You glared at Taehyung who wearily shuffled a few inches away from you, unable to find reason to the sudden mood swing.

"Why not-" you asked, looking back to Yoongi who annoyingly nudged your leg with the tip of his black boots and you grimaced when a small shot of pain transcended up your leg, eyes shut momentarily.

"See?" he said like he had proved you wrong.

"Don't worry, Y/N, we'll have fun at home!" Eun Ae clasped her petite hands on your shoulders and you returned her kindness with a half smile. Girl time.

The 'family' meeting had ended and now free time had commenced.

Jin had strictly prescribed no movement whatsoever, in case you bled through the bandages again, for the time being. The only thing you could do was lie back on the spongy sofa and listen to the low bubbles of sounds, emitted from the television. Jimin came and sat next to you, throwing himself back and letting out a loud sigh of relaxation.
