this chapter is not contributive to the plot and will consist solely of fluffy encounters and old bts stories that we can all remember- if u dont wanna read all that waffle, first of all, what is wrong with you? secondly, you can skip this chapter and not miss anything vital, so do not worry :3 anyways, the author, aka me, felt that we need some good old softness to make us all cry together. hope u agree!Taehyung refused to let go. You slumped back into him and gave in. If he wanted some cuddling, he was going to get some cuddling. With spite, you held both of his hands and placed them at opposite sides of your waist, resting your head under his chin so you could occasionally twist your head and look up at him whenever you wanted to. His knees bounced lightly to the music playing from the radio (Good Evening by SHINee). You were playing the mobile game that you always played, with Jungkook and Taehyung was beginning to doze off watching you.
"Did you not sleep well?" you asked and he yawned as an answer which made you smile. You got off of his lap and brought his head down to your shoulder so he could sleep comfortably. "Thanks," he muttered already half asleep- he looked like he wanted to say more. With a soft kiss to his forehead, you got back to your game.
"Anyone want a coffee break?" Yoongi asked and most of the crew voted for. Only you and Jungkook didn't want coffee. You knew Taehyung didn't like it so didn't bother waking him up and instead slowly laid his down on the seat, using your hoodie as a cushion to avoid him getting any future neck pains.
Wow, I'm such a good... girlfriend?
To your surprise, there was a small chicken farm just across the road from the chic cafe. Jungkook agreed on going with you easily. There were at least 30 chickens squawking and running about using their scrawny legs in a small coup.
"They're so cute," you observed amused and Jungkook furrowed his brow.
"Cute? Hardly. They're fighters. Watch." He then proceeded to climb over the 3 foot fence and approach a lonely chicken just a few meters ahead.
"Oi, what are you doing? You're gonna get us into trouble. Jinma already says we're not allowed alone together."
"Shh, trust me. I'm bonding here," and he lifted his leg to his hips, bending his knee and holding his ankle with one hand whilst using his other hand to mimick a chicken head. You bit your lips together to stop yourself from making dodgy whale noises as you always did when laughing, but then he jumped forward and back, trying to initiate a fight with the chicken.
"It's walking away, oh my God, it actually can't put up with your dumb self," you began clapping like a seal and the chicken flapped it's wings and made a speedy exit. Little did Jungkook know, you had filmed the whole thing on your phone.
"Race you back-" he shouted and ran passed you within ten seconds and then his words finally registered and your legs moved. He had made it to the door before you which you knew would happen anyway but what happened next was not expected. You knelt on the floor, stifling your laughter and rubbing his forehead when Jin came running out of the shop and was towering over you both.
"Please tell me I did not just watch you smash into the glass door," and he started windshield laughing too. "Aish, you're both horrible," Jungkook shrugged you off and stood up, hands out to steady himself. You kept soothing his forehead with your fingers thinking he'd push you away again but he just let you continue. It must have still hurt.
"Come inside, I'm pretty sure I already told you both you're not allowed to play unsupervised," Jin held his hand and took him in as you ran to the cashier, asking for an ice pack to help a silly friend.
