It was two weeks after the incident with Frightingale and it was Christmas Eve. It was a beautiful flurry of snow outside, almost like a winter wonderland. Marinette had almost finished wrapping MOST of her presents for her friends and family but she had a dilemma. She didn't have anything for Adrien because she has no idea what to get him. Like how do you get a gift for a guy who's rich enough to buy anything you could ever give him. She knew that, but she had a bit of trouble thinking about what she could give to him as a present that money can't buy.

"ARGGHHH Tikki, I'm racking my brain, but nothing seems to stick! Christmas is tomorrow and I have nothing to give Adrien!" Marinette wallowed in her own despair as she dreamily stroked Adrien's magazine clippings on her wall. Tikki was also trying to think of something, but she got nothing. Tikki was also trying to come up with a gift for Plagg and Wayzz and Nooroo.

"I'm not coming up with anything either... I also have to finish my presents for Plagg, Wayzz, and Nooroo... Wait, aren't you supposed to meet Alya, Nino, and Adrien at the Champs Elysses?"(The shopping street, I messed up the monuments and landmarks in past chapters, so if I mixed up the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses, completely my fault) Tikki asked making Marinette freak out.

"Oh yeah! I'm gonna be late!" Marinette exclaimed, quickly changing out of her pajamas and putting on her black jeans and slipping on her flower print shirt and her blue button top. She then put on her blue fur lined overcoat that went down to below her knees. She then put on her light blue scarf that matches the one she made Adrien and a dark blue knit hat, you know the ones with the pop pom at the end of the hat. Before she put the hat on, she decided to wear her hair a little differently for Christmas. She styled her hair in a wavy bob that barely reached her shoulders. She put on her hat and looked in the mirror, "I look pretty good don't you think? I look sophisticated, chic, and completely different! Oh yeah, Tikki you and Master Fu once mentioned something about a kwami named Nooroo, is he Hawkmoth's kwami?"

"Yes, he is, I feel bad for him, he didn't want to use his power for evil, but at least I can get him something for Christmas!" Tikki flew around Marinette marveling at her outfit, "You look great! Marinette we gotta go!"

"Right!" Marinette slipped on her pouch, and went down the trapdoor into her bakery, "Hey Mom! Hey Dad, Merry Christmas Eve!"

"Merry Christmas Eve Marinette!" Tom exclaimed as he sent out the next order. He turned to look at her and wrapped her in a bear hug, "You look amazing!"

"Merry Christmas Eve dear! Don't you have an appointment with your friends to buy the rest of your presents?" Sabine was organizing the inventory for the Christmas desserts, "I gotta finishing making the Christmas themed desserts for Christmas tomorrow, so you go have fun!"

"Alright Mom! I'll catch up with you later Mom!" Marinette called out when she left the bakery, hearing a soft ding as she left. She walked down the street and turned down the street onto the Champs Elysses. No matter how many times she walked down this street, she still found it enchanting. The glittering snow added to the ever impressive lights of the beautiful shopping street. She saw Kusmi Tea, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Five Guys, McDonalds, and many other shops lined down the block. (All of these shops and restaurants are on that street, I didn't make these up) She remembered that she was supposed to meet them at Five Guys for a bit of lunch. She saw the restaurant in sight and her friends waiting in front of the establishment.

"Hey! Marinette...." Alya called out when Alya spotted Marinette but her voice faltered when she saw Marinette, "Girl, you.... Look AMAZING!"

"Oh really?" Marinette blushed bashfully, while Nino and Adrien turned to look at her and gaped at her new look, "I thought I could go for something new, so how do I look?"
