Recap of America's POV: I take his arm and we walk out of the building. Just as we round the corner to his car we have another encounter with the press.

Oh, great!

- America's POV -

We try to walk to Elliot's car, but the press blocks our way.

Ugh! Not again!

"Move, please!" I shout but they don't listen.

"Listen to the lady! Would you want to be blocked? No, right? Then move!" Elliot shouts. The press do listen to him either. Elliot then just barged through them and gets us to the car. He walks over to the passenger side and opens the door for me, like a pure gentleman. He closes the door and walks to the driver's side. He opens the door and sits down.

"Are you okay? Did they hurt you or anything like that?" He asks after he shuts the door.

"No I am fine. What about you?" I ask.

"I am fine, too. But I don't understand why they won't leave you alone." Elliot says as he drives through the people, finally making them move out of our way.

"Me neither, but it is seriously getting so ridiculous. Like, the other day my sister and my mom got swarmed by the press when they were walking to a house to perform. I don't mind them swarming me, as much as I mind them swarming my family." I say.

"I would feel the same. Maybe you should get a restraining order against them." Elliot says.

"Actually that would help. You know what I will apply for one tomorrow." I say.

"You should. Also, if you ever need anything call me, as a friend. If this doesn't work out, just know that I will always be beside you as a friend." Elliot says and a smile comes across my face.

"Thanks." I say.

"It's my pleasure." Elliot says.

He isn't that bad. He has a pure heart, which is the best thing ever.

"Your cute." I accidentally blurt out and my face turns redder than a tomato.

"So are you." He says and smiles. I smile back at him.

"I like your personality. You are very pure at heart, which is a rare thing nowadays." I say.

"I like your compassion for people, which is a rare thing nowadays, too." Elliot says.

"Oh, stop. I am not that great." I say.

"America Singer, don't doubt yourself. You are a very smart, gorgeous, compassionate person. You don't like to brag about your traits, but you deserve to be praised for them. So, never say that." Elliot says and I shed a few tears.

Oh, great the hormones. Good thing I wore waterproof makeup.

"Did I do something? Why are you crying? I don't like when people cry, especially you." Elliot says and I wipe my tears, then smile.

"I don't know why I was even crying." I say and laugh at myself.

"That reminded me of my mom." Elliot says.

"Do tell." I say.

"Well my mom would randomly start crying when she was pregnant with me. In fact my dad would take videos of her randomly crying, for some reason. But I know that only because he showed me the videos when I was like ten." Elliot says.

"Yeah...." I trail off.

Did he piece it together? He couldn't have. Right?

"Oh, look we're here." Elliot suddenly says.

"Yay!" I say once I realize how hungry I am.

Elliot parks the car, unbuckles his seatbelt, opens the door of the driver's side, hops out of the door while I unbuckle my seatbelt. Elliot opens my door and helps me out of the seat. He shuts the door and we make our way into the pizza place.

"A reservation for two under the name Elliot Piaria." Elliot says.

"Okay, follow me." The server says and leads us to a booth in the corner. The booth has blue, purple, and white fairy lights strung around it. There is also roses in a vase on the table, along with candles.

"Sorry I went a little over the top." Elliot says.

"I love it!" I say and sit down on the booth. Elliot seats down on the booth and we both scoot towards the middle of the booth. We start to talk and get to know about each other.

- 2 Hours Later -

"Yeah! I know!" I exclaimed as finished my dessert.

"Anyways, I had fun." Elliot says.

"Same here." I say.

"So, do you want to this again?" We both say in perfect unison.

"Yes." We say in perfect unison, again.

He is quite nice and funny. Maybe I can open my heart for someone else again.

Elliot leans in and I lean in. Our lips meet and I feel a spark. We pull apart and give each other a smile.

Maybe...I will find out soon....
