••• Recap of America's POV: "Okay. Meet me here tomorrow, then we will head there." I say and walk away. I turn around and wave 'bye'. Elliot does the same and I head to meet up with Renee.

- May's POV - - The Next Morning -
America looked so happy when she came back yesterday. I hope she always comes back home like that. I like my old America, not the broken America. But I still love her regardless and I couldn't bare to see her hurt like that again. Just cause Maxon is the King of Illéa it doesn't mean he can go around breaking people's hearts. He may be cherished by everyone in Illéa, but he sure isn't by me. He can die and no sign of grief would overcome me. He actually should go die, since he hurt my sister! My lovely beautiful sister.
"May? May, where are you lost?" Mom asks and drifts me away from my world of thoughts.
"Oh, nowhere." I say.
"I have told you to go check the mail at least a billion times, will you go and check the mail now?" Mom asks and I walk outside to check the mail. I open the mailbox to find our mailbox stuffed to the brim with envelopes. I go through the envelopes and get rid of the mail that boys send for the hand of America. I walk back in with two envelopes and find everyone sitting on the dining table.
"Both of these are for you, mom." I say and hand the envelopes to our mom. As I turn around to head to my seat next America I notice America's outfit.

"Ames you look beautiful." I say, totally dumbfounded.
"Thank you May. You look beautiful yourself." America says.
"A bit over the top." Gerad says.
"Are you going on a date? The last time you dressed up, was in forever." Mom says.
"Do I really look over the top? Also, yes I am going on a date!" America squeals.
"No you look fine." Mom and I say at the say time. America gives us a smile and starts to eat her breakfast.
Ah, finally! America is back on the market! I hope this person doesn't break her heart, or else his dead.
- America's POV - - At 5 PM -
The bell rings and the students leave my classroom.
Ah, I am so excited! America, no! Don't get your hopes to high. He may look like a nice person, but you can't tell a person's nature until you get to know them better. Don't lose your guard. You can't cope through another heartbreak. I am ready to get this over with. It's nothing special. Where is he? He is taking forever!
Elliot as if on queue walks into the room.
"America I apologize for being late. But are you ready to go?" Elliot asks.
"Yes." Elliot extends his arm like him. My memories of the old times with him flood back and I struggle to hold back my tears.
"Are you okay?" Elliot asks.
"Yes." I say and sniffle.
You have to be strong. He meant nothing to you. Forget him and move on. He can't keep on holding you back. You will and can do it!
I take his arm and we walk out of the building. Just as we round the corner to his car we have another encounter with the press.
