Unexpected Love

Chapter 34

My brother flight was canceled. His baby’s mom also wants to talk about them. I decided to check into the hotel, I have a room next to Luke’s and Mikey’s. I can’t believe Luke asked me out. He went down stairs to go swimming and I wanted to tan but I want to pick the right bathing suit.

I sat in front of one of my suitcase and picked out 3 bathing suits. I picked the pink one.

I looked in the mirror. I pulled on a white cover dress. I walked down the hall and hit the button for the lift. The door opened and Liam and Niall were standing there. “Hey, we were just coming up to get you” they smiled. “Well, I’m here.” I walked into the lift. I gripped on to the bar. “Are you okay, love?” Liam asked. I nodded slowly. “It’s okay.” Niall put his arm around me.

Why don’t they know? I wish they had the same dream. The lift stop and I got out quickly. “Wrong way” Niall laughed. I stop and Niall put his arm around my shoulder. “This way.” He walked me to the pool and I saw Luke and Calum in tubes. Mikey and Louis were under the tent. Zayn was tanning, Harry was swimming. Liam ran and jumped into the pool. Luke over at me and Niall, and saw Niall’s arm around me. I moved away quickly and sat on the longue chair. Luke got out the pool and walked over to me. “Hey,” sat at the end of my chair.

“Hi,” I said shyly. “So what’s with you and Niall?” he asked looking over at him. “Nothing, I went the wrong way and then he put his arm around me.” I gulped. He moved closer. “Do you want to swim?” he asked. “Only in the shallow end” I said looking at the water. “Why?” he said. “I can’t swim” mumbled into my hand. “Why don’t you go in my tube? I won’t let anything happen to you. I promise”

He stood up and offered me his hand, I grabbed ahold of his hand and he helped me up. He got a hold of his tube and helped me on it. “I promise” he repeated. I held on to the handle tightly. I couldn’t touch the bottom and it freaked me out. “Cortnee, you're fine” he knew I was freaking out. He put his hand on mine.

I relaxed with his touch. He smiled at me. “See, not so bad.” He pulled me around the pool. A breeze swished over. And I started to shiver. “You cold?” he asked. I shiver and nodded my head. He helped me out of tube and out of the pool. I ran to my seat and pulled my towel on me. Liam started to laugh at me. “HEY ITS NOT FUNNY” I whine and started to pout. “Oh look Luke, she pouts like you” Calum pointed out.

I stop pouting and my face started to burn up. Luke jumped back into the pool and swam. I started to warm up and pulled my towel off of me. The sun was perfectly on me. I put on my sun glasses and relaxed.

P.O.V Niall

I was relaxing in the pull with Luke, and Luke over to check on Cortnee. He notices she took her towel off and he couldn’t stop at looking over at her. “Luke, stop drooling” I hit his arm. “Oh sorry” he snapped over of it. I mean I am looking to but you can’t tell, I have my sunglasses on.  She has an amazing body. All the boys are looking. “Hey, you stop looking at her” he hit my arm. “She isn’t yours to tell me to stop” I chuckled.

“She will be” he said with a smile. “You are going to fight all these boys for her.” He looked around to notice the other 6 boys are looking. His face got a bit red with anger. “Just stop” he groaned he hopped out of the pool

P.O.V Cortnee

My body was complete heated with the sun, it beat down on me. I actually felt relax; I had my ear buds in and listening to Mayday Parade. I started to feel tired. I closed my eyes and maybe I’ll drift to sleep with my music on.

I was just about to fall asleep, when I felt water dripping on me. I moved my sunglasses, to see Luke blocking my sun. “You’re blocking my sun” I smiled at him. “Sorry,” he sat down. “What are you listening to?” he asked. “Mayday Parade” I smiled. “I love them” he smiled. “Amazing” I sat up.
