Yerin's P.O.V

I checked the mail one last time before returning back inside.

Me and Eunha had been sending letters back and forth for the past 6 months.

I still couldn't get over the fact that she was gone. That I wouldn't see her again until who knows when...

I laid down on my bed and threw the covers over me, closing my eyes and trying to go back to sleep.

"Yerin!" Sinb shouted. She had begun to come over every day to, "motivate me more."

And I was very thankful but sometimes I just wished she would just understand me, like now, when she was going on and on about how I needed to start looking over the restaurant more.

I sighed and rolled my eyes at her everlasting rant.

"You can't spend all day sprawled over the bed, wishing for Eunha to come back. Things don't fall from the sky, Yerin. If umji didn't go and take a good look at the restaurant every now and then it would be closed right now..."Silence, pure silence went on and then she began speaking again. I internally groaned.

"I just want you to back to the bubbly Yerin that you used to be. Look, I know how you feel-"

"No you don't!" I said and she nodded her head.

"Yes I do, I know how you feel twice as bad. Look, a few years ago I dated this girl...she was my everything . I spent every moment of the day with her and one day, she just broke up with me because her parents had found out. She was forced to and I was devastated. Yerin, she broke up with me. I never saw her again, but you know what I did? I got up the next day like nothing happened because my life was not going to leave with her. I don't want your life to stay with Eunha, I want it to come back and make you, you again."Sinb said in between tears and I instantly felt bad.

"Sinb i'm-"

"No, don't say sorry. You were just blinded by love. It's okay, Yerin. But it's time to move on." I sighed.

How could I move on when I promised to love her no matter what?

I grabbed my pen and began writing...

Eunha's P.O.V

*a few days later*

I entered the house and the first thing I heard was mom yelling my name.

"Eunha! Get your a** over here!" She shouted. My breath hitched, but I walked on anyways thinking it would be worse if I didn't go...

I walked up to her and felt goosebumps run through my spine the second I saw her. She was not happy.

"What is the meaning of this!?" She shouted and I snatched the piece of paper from her.

She grabbed it back, nearly ripping it apart.

I nearly jumped at her furious shout.

"I-it's a letter." I stuttered and she grabbed me by the shoulder, squeezing it aggressively.

"Don't act stupid! What kind of letter huh!? What is the meaning of this!"

"You wouldn't get me a phone and This was the only way to contact her and-"

*slap*

"How many times do I have to repeat this! Stay away from that rat!"

She held my shoulder tighter by the second. I could feel my circulation being cut off.

"I won't speak to her again!" I shouted, just trying to make her stop.

She yanked me by the hair and threw me into my room.

She shut the door harshly behind her as I stood there nearly in tears.

She came back soon enough and kneeled down in front of me.

She carresed my face as if I was about to break... She started laughing.

I tensed and slowly turned my face away.

"You're pathetic." She said and took out the letter from earlier.

Yerin's letter..

She grabbed it and ripped not piece by piece until it was into complete shreds.

She laughed again as she moved her hair back.

"Better think twice before doing things behind my back next time."

She shut the door harshly and I ran over to lock it.

My last bit of hope just fell right in that moment. I slid down the door as tears ran down my face.

Can things get any worse?

Why couldn't she let me read it? It was just one letter. The last letter...

She hoped her little plan worked out until she could go back, until She could go back to her Yerin...

But good things always come to an end as they say.

This wasn't the end. This didn't mark the end off of their relationship...

Yerin was still in her heart and she knew she was in hers.

She promised, and their promises were never broken...

Or so she thought...
