"Bye guys!" Yerin shouted back at Sinb and Sowon. They were her closest friends from high school along with her roommate, Umji. They had one of the closest friendships a person could ever have.
She walked down the sidewalk with a smile on her face thinking about the fact. The sun was shining with clouds splattered all over the bright, blue sky. She was having a great day, no doubt.
Meanwhile...
"You are a disgrace to this family! Girls are not meant to like girls Jung Eunbi! They're meant to fall in love with boys! The world is filled with men, and look at what you choose to like. Women! Get out! I don't want to see you step foot in this house again!" Eunha's dad yelled and she ran to pack her things. He grabbed her by the shirt and pushed her out of the house with only her clothes and phone on her.
She was sobbing at this point. Her parents had just kicked her out of the house she had so many memories in. And it was all because she picked girls over boys. Just because of her sexuality. She walked down the sidewalk with tears running down her eyes.
She didn't even know where she was going. She was just walking without a destination, with no place to go. She was lost, inside and out. Her self-esteem was under the floors with all the judgment she had received from her parents.
Before another tear could run down her face, a drop of rain landed on her skin. Then another and another. Soon, she was running for dryness. She ran and ran until she bumped into someone and fell on her side scraping her knee and elbow in the process. She winced and let a tear escape her eye.
