Acnologia

So much has happened after Natsu had joined the guild. Natsu had formed a team with Gray, Erza and Lucy, a new member. They went on different kinds of missions, and earned a lot of money from it. Lucy was so happy that she got enough to pay her rent for 3 years. However, the best reward for any mage is to protect the helpless and help them live on into their futures.

Natsu had also earned different reputations and classes: SS+ class Wizard, Fairy Tail's second Ace and the first Wizard Saint, rivalling Yuri. 

They went through a lot together and suffered through tough situations and still pulled through it, not because they had power itself, not because of determination itself, but they had... each other. This brings the light of hope within one another and guarantees success in any problems.

Therefore, they thought to have a break and relax for a few weeks in Tenrou Island. The first few days were alright. However, when all of the Fairy Tail members woke up, they started to freshen up for breakfast. Suddenly

"RRRROOOOOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!!" A giant ROAR boomed through the sky, it was so loud, and held lots of monstrosity that no one could think of anything that can make such a loud noise, except for one, a dragon. As if on cue, a gigantic black dragon, with light blue stripes appeared from the sky. That dragon was none other than, Acnologia, the Dragon King. The Fairy Tail members, excluding Natsu, were paralysed with fear at the sight that behold the dragon.

"T-That's a-a d-dragon?!!!!!"

"But that's impossible, they don't exist!!!"

"Well, it seems like you're wrong."

"Yeah, that too the first time ever, I've never been wrong."

All the Fairy Tail members were staring at the dragon wide eyed, except Natsu. He just kept on narrowing his eyes, trying to find the weakness of the dragon. So far, he has found no weakness, other than the vulnerable belly. 

The dragon opened its mouth and gathered large amounts of chaos energy.

Gajeel yelled, "It's going to do a breath attack!!" Everyone except Natsu panicked, some were too shocked to move and some were crying. Natsu knew he had to act fast, his family told him bout this dragon and it is one to be feared.

CRIMSON PHOENIX'S VERNIER!! Natsu was covered with large amounts of white flames.

CRIMSON PHOENIX FORCE: HIDDEN FORM: PHOENIX DRAGON HYBRID!!! Natsu transformed into a half dragon- phoenix, half human form. His magic, along with speed, senses power strength, everything increased to the level of  both phoenix and dragon. He was practically way stronger than Yuri. Acnologia sensed the rise in power, and a familiar scent coming from the pink-haired teen, and honestly, he was scared. He attacked with all his might in order to destroy the island.

Natsu saw this coming and ate some of his white flames, giving him more power,

PHOENIX DRAGON HYBRID'S GIANT ROAR!!! A torrent of large crimson, orange and white flames shot out from Natsu's mouth and great speeds and collided with Acnologia's roar, cancelling it out. Both the Fairy Tail members and Acnologia were shocked to see that Natsu was able to be on par with the power and might of the dragon king. Natsu didn't stop there

PHOENIX DRAGON HYBRID'S WING ATTACK!!! Natsu sprouted large flame wings, bright orange and crimson in colour and beat his wings, flew over to the colossal dragon and hit him with his wings.

PHOENIX DRAGON HYBRID'S CRUSHING FANGS!! He grew large fangs and used them to bite out the side of Acnologia's stomach. The dragon roared in pain. As Natsu digested the dragon's side, he noticed that he was also absorbing the mana (magic power) from it, increasing his own mana to high levels.

PHOENIX DRAGON HYBRID'S SECRET ARTS: PHOENIX BLADE!! Natsu formed a large spiral out of his flames, and each protrusion was as sharp as a blade. The blades cut Acnologia all over his body, slowly taking his mana away. Acnologia used his claw and swat Natsu away, and when the Fairy Tail members took a good look at the dragon, they were shocked to see the damage that Natsu had caused. Acnologia was heavily injured as deep gashes and cuts formed and all over his body, which was charred with flames. Everyone could practically see the magic particles flowing away from Acnologia's injuries.

Acnologia then spoke,

"You have proved yourself, son of Tetsuya. I never thought that you would be strong enough to even defeat me, the current Dragon King. We'll decide this the next time we meet."

With that, Acnologia flew away, leaving a heavily panting Natsu. He flew down to his friends to see their shocked faces.

"Natsu, how strong are you?!" Natsu only grinned, "You'll see." They all went back home to their guild.
