A few weeks after the incident on Tenrou Island, the news spread like crazy throughout the whole of Fiore and other different nations. Now Natsu is well known as one of the most, if not, the strongest Wizard to ever exist.
Natsu was walking home, when he felt a sudden rise in temperature and a familiar scent went through his nostrils. He smirked,
"Ready for more are we, Yuri." A wisp of flames occurred and out came Yuri Dreyar, 1st Wizard Saint, in rival with Natsu. He smirked, "You could say that, but this time, I will win!!" Natsu's smirk widened,
"I must admit, I am impressed of your determination, but that over confidence will not get you anywhere."
Yuri's smirk dropped, as he scowled at Natsu, "Oh yeah, wanna test that out!" Yuri shot large fire beams at Natsu. Natsu knew he couldn't eat those, because they were covered with water, so he countered the attack,
FIRE DRAGON'S ROAR! Natsu's roar collided with the fire beams, cancelling them out.
Yuri wasn't finished, he covered his fist with large flames, and shot towards Natsu, who just smirked and waited for the attack to come. When Yuri was just inches away from Natsu,
FIRE DRAGON'S GRIP STRIKE!! Natsu caught his fist and slammed him down to the ground. He leapt into the air, his form covered in lightning,
LIGHTNING FLAME DRAGON'S BRILLIANT FLAME!!! Natsu covered his fist with flames and lightning and collided them, forming a ball of lightning and flames and shot it towards Yuri. Yuri put up a defensive barrier, which was just powerful enough to withstand the attack. Natsu attacked again,
FIRE DRAGON'S TALONS! he sent a barrage of kicks towards Yuri's chest and torso,
FIRE DRAGON'S IRON FIST! he punched him on the chest, sending him backwards. Yuri had enough and concentrated on his last attack. He gathered incredible amounts of energy and magic power. Natsu sensed this and stayed alert. Yuri opened his eyes and his entire being was covered in flames. He brought his hands together, and all of the fire transformed into an orange-red orb.
An energy beam shot from the orb, at blinding speeds, heading for Natsu. Natsu knew he din't have time to move, so he tried to eat the flames.
CRIMSON PHOENIX'S LUNGS!! He ate the beam and his form was covered in flames. Natsu decided to end this, before they cause more destruction, he brought his hands together,
CRIMSON PHOENIX'S VORTEX!! A large tornado of crimson flames surrounded Yuri, damaging him, whilst draining him from his magic.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" he wailed in pain. When the tornado disappeared, Yuri could be seen, charred, heavily injured and barely conscious. Natsu used his attack to end the battle,
CRIMSON PHOENIX'S SECRET ARTS: EXPLODING LIGHTNING BLADE!! Natsu shot a large flaming spiral, covered with lightning sparks at Yuri, and exploded upon contact. Yuri was sent flying into the air.
Natsu yelled,
CRIMSON PHOENIX TEARS!! He regenerated himself, his injuries were gone and his tattered clothes were re-sealed, he went home to return the next day.
