☆Chapter 11☆

~Sabina's Pov~

I got near him and started using my healing powers.

I knew the risks of having to use this power of mine specifically,but right now I could care less about my life.

My mate needs me and I'm going to save him.

While using the power I was getting weak and so was the force field I had created to keep my friends and the boys away.

In the moment that the force field was down and the girls tried to reach me,I did something that they never expected me to do.

I grabbed the bed where Jaebeom was laying on and I teleported in another place.

Before I teleported, I heard my friends and the boys calling after me telling me to stop what I was doing, asking me where was I going, but I didn't answer and I couldn't stop,not now.

I teleported us into an abandoned building in a secluded area,far away from the apartment.

In all this time I never stopped using the healing power and in a moment I felt Jaebeom grab my hand to get my attention and he spoke:

"Stop.You can stop now."

I looked at him for a moment and I shook my head saying: "No!"

But he squeezed my hand and said:
"I'm fine now,you've already healed my wound.So you can stop,I'm okay."

I checked to make sure that his wound was really healed and I stopped, but as soon as I did that, I fell on the ground not being able to stand on my feet from having used a lot of my energy.

When Jaebeom saw me fall on the ground, he got up from the bed,helped me sit on it and he sat next to me.

I had so many questions that I wanted to ask him and I just blurted out the first question that came to mind:

"Why are you being so nice to me now, when earlier in that alleyway it was clear you didn't want anything to do with me?"

"Well,you practically just saved my life and yes,I didn't want anything to do with you until I heard the story of your life." He said leaving me shocked and surprised.

"Y-you heard me!? You really heard me when you were unconscious!?" I asked him.

"I did.." he answered while touching the back of his neck from being a bit nervous and embarrassed for having to admit that and he continued saying:

"I heard everything you said and let me tell you something, if I hadn't actually seen you use your powers with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed a word,but..." I interrupted him by saying:

"Now you know what I am,I guess you hate me so much for involving you and your friends in this,that you don't want anything to do with me.You don't even want to look,speak or probably even be near me anymore.I get it alright.It's your right to feel like that and I'm sorry.It wasn't my choice.I-I didn't want a mate."

He looked hurt when I said that and seeing him sad like that I felt a pang in my heart and I continued:

"At least not for now,because of the crazy and dangerous situation I'm in."

"I don't care.I am your mate.In the moment our eyes met in that classroom, I was already involved in all this mess and I don't want to see you hurt. I want to be able to protect you even though from what I saw,I know you don't need my protection at all. But I want you to know that I'm here for you anytime,for anything you might need."

He said while looking right into my eyes.

At his words I blushed,cried and laughed, but all this was ruined when I heard footsteps approaching the building where we were.

I froze and tensed up immediately.

I knew those footsteps,I knew the people to whom those footsteps belonged too.

I tried to stand up,but Jaebeom grabbed me by my arm and made me sit down again.

I was getting more and more worried, because I could hear the footsteps of my old enemies getting closer with each second that passed.

"Jaebeom!Listen to me carefully please. We need to move now!!" I said panic slightly visible in my voice.

"What!?Why!?I don't want too.I want to talk to you a bit longer.Be alone just you and me for a little while longer. You know I lo-..."

He wasn't able to finish his sentence, because at that moment the people that kidnapped me,made me transform into something inhuman, trained me and that have been searching for me and my friends for a long time now,found us and they began shooting.

With the last strength left in me,I once again created a force field around us so that we wouldn't get hit by any of the bullets and I opened the portal.

I turned to Jaebeom and said:

"Go!Get through the portal now!"

"No way!I'm not leaving without you!!" He said being stubborn and surprising me.

"I'll be right behind you.Now go." I said to him, this time raising my voice a little trying to make him leave this dangerous place.

He shook his head saying no and intertwined his fingers with mine.

"What am I gonna do with you..!"
I said sighing and I continued:

"Alright,we'll go through the portal together.Let's go!"

I said and we headed to the portal,but as soon as we got ready to go through it...I got shot.

I let go of Jaebeom's hand and fell on my knees.

I never thought I'd find myself in a situation where I'd get shot,because I didn't have enough energy to create a strong enough force field.

Now because of how weak I was and because of all the blood I was losing the portal was almost closing.

Jaebeom turned around,tried to reach and help me,but before he could do that,I used telekinesis to push him through the portal and said through the mind link:

"I'm sorry.Don't look for me it's too dangerous.Please be safe.When everything's solved I'll find you.I promise.Goodbye for now,my love."

I could hear his thoughts,his voice through my mind telling me to get through the portal.

Telling me to be with him,but I couldn't do that now,because if I did then they'd all be in danger.

So I closed the portal and faced the people I hated the most in this planet,my creators.

"We finally meet again after so long Sabina."

"How have you been?" They asked and at that moment I blacked out.
