~Sabina's Pov~

First day of highschool.

I am nervous thinking about what is going to happen today.

'Will the other students like me?'
'Will I be able to make new friends, considering the fact that I am socially awkward and have a secret to protect?'

Though I'm very lucky to have with me my best friends Yasmin, Jessica, Soso, Alex, Yoona and Holly.

We've been best friends ever since the moment we got kidnapped, locked and experimented upon,until we stopped being human.

I was running late and the girls kept calling my name from downstairs.

"Hurry up!" Yasmin yelled.

"Come on,Sabina! It's the first day of school, we don't want to be late!"
Jessica said.

"I'm coming, I'm coming!Don't kill me!" I said as I was running downstairs.

We live in an apartment that has 2 floors and each of us has their own room.

"What took you so long?" Soso said.

"I overslept,okay!? Don't judge me." I replied.

"Girls! We don't have time for this now. We have to go."Alex intervened.

We went out of the apartment,got into the car and Yasmin drove us all to school.

I could tell that the girls were really anxious and nervous thinking about what was going to happen.

Well all,except for one.

"Can you believe it,we're going to school again! I'm so excited to meet new people and make new friends."
Yoona said excited.

"Yay😥!!I'm dying from excitement to go to school...not."Holly said with annoyance.

"You know,you should appreciate the opportunity that you can go to school,
because there are people that want to study but they can't."Yoona said a bit angry and upset with Holly's reply.

We arrived at the school's parking lot and then I turned to them and wanted to speak:

"Girls listen...Girls...!?"

They were so much into the argument that they weren't listening to me,until I made them freeze and they couldn't move a muscle.

"Now that I have your attention,listen
and listen well.You need to be really careful when using your powers.Be careful to not use them in front of the other students or else you know what will happen and none of us wants to put the others in danger,alright?"

"Yes,ma'am." They answered and made a military salute.

We all started laughing and like that we exited the car and entered the school gates.

'I can only hope that things will be normal or else we will be found out and probably hunted for more experiments.'

We got our schedules,found our lockers and grabbed all the stuff that we needed and then we headed to class.
