Part 19

Because she felt guilty it was painful showing affection toward Trey. It wasn’t because she didn’t love him, but she had betrayed him. There was no way she had any type of love felt feelings for Chad, yet there was something physical there. Something that wasn’t there before and had appeared out the blue causing a complication in her life. She made a tragic mistake in sacrificing her body and her mind to him. The whole purpose of getting close to him was to protect her husband, her child and even herself from going to jail. How in the world he was able to affect her was something she had not anticipated.  

Tonight was girl’s night out and she welcomed the escape from Chad and from Trey. She was thankful he was able to pick up their son from his parents since her plans had been made at the spur of the moment. All day at work she had tried her best to avoid Chad and the times she had bumped into him there were others around. She ignored his texts and wouldn’t answer his emails. She knew she was playing with fire, but she needed time to clear her head and she was going to get it rather he liked it or not. Jason had volunteered to be designated driver if need be, so the girls left their cars at work. 

“It feels so good to get out without the pressure of all these senseless blind dates I’ve been on,” said Tracy. 

“What are you talking about?” 

“You didn’t tell her? Jason asked. 

“I’m telling her now.” 

“Jas hush go ahead Tracy, tell us about these dates of yours,” said Angelique. 

“Well, I was seeing this one guy name Tony and he seemed to be all into me and then the contact stopped, just like that with no explanation.” 

“When the last time you’ve heard from him?” asked Cassie. 

“Three weeks ago and it’s not like it’s a really big deal because we didn’t sleep together, but I gave up my time that could have been used for something better.” 

“I feel you on that Tracy,” said Angelique. 

“Oh wow,” expressed Tracy. 

“I say fuck that bitch,” said Jason. 

They laughed. “You’re stupid Jas,” said Angelique. 

“Hush Jas. What’s wrong Tracy?” 

“Speak of the devil, guess who’s texting me?” 

“Get out of here no he isn’t,” said Cassie. 

Angelique looked at the phone. “Yes he is.” 

Jason pulled out his iPad. “Log into whatever site it is you’re using and see if the prick is online.” 

“What are you about to do Jas?” asked Angelique. 

“You’ll see,” he replied. 

Tracey entered her information and sure enough he was there and probably had been these past three weeks of no communication with her. 

“What a pig!” Jason said and he was really upset about it. “We’ll going to fix his ass.” 

They watched as he typed some stuff in creating a dummy profile and using an anonymous picture of some female. 

“Jason what are you doing?” asked Tracy. 

“We’re going to pay his lying ass back. Watch and learn girlfriend.”  

Jason sent a message to bluebirdrising. “Hi” 

“Hi back” 

“Wow, your super cute!”
