DEAR JOURNAL,

so i gave my money to neesan and she went out and bought a whole load of candy. there was so much in the stuff she bought! so much varieties, colors, and flavors...except grape. chie hates grape, for some reason.

happily, neesan also wrapped it up in a package nicely, and i set it aside in the fridge so it won't melt or anything over the weekend. that felt nice.

since i'm grounded, there's not much to do but to laze around home, do the provided weekend pile of homework, watch television, or write in this journal.

to be honest, i'm not that bored. considering that i kept thinking about the events that unfolded on thursday night. i could still imagine the cold touch of his hand on mine, him illuminating under the lanterns.

now that i'm thinking about it, it sounded a lot like a date. minus the-nearly-getting-beaten-up-and-throwing-rocks-at-our-bullies-part. or, y'know, it's just me, hoping. i mean, to be fair, it did seem a lot like a date.

i wonder how it would be, to go on an actual date with him without being interrupted by two overly-violent dudes that can't seem to give us a break?
