- Lucius talked to me last night – Aiden said, his voice emanating from my sofa as I was in the kitchen preparing something for us to eat.

It was Sunday morning. It was the day the group's album was coming out and everyone was in a frantic. Everyone on the team was off for the weekend, but the boys were supposed to go to practice that afternoon, after they got a bit more calm. Right now they were all in the apartment next door, anxiously waiting for the time to count down and see how their album would be received.

I woke up to a text message on my phone at about nine in the morning from Aiden, asking if I was up and if I would mind that he came over. With my heart jumping, I opened the back door a few moments after, welcoming a nervous Aiden in. We were both in comfortable clothes, me looking like a mess and he looking like a magazine model.

Because none of us had eaten anything yet, I decided to make something simple with what I had. Some coffee with milk and toast was all I could master. I could tell Aiden was a bit shy about asking to come over first thing in the morning, but he just wanted to take his mind off the album for a while.

- Oh, did he talk to you about his concerns? – I asked him as I placed the breakfast on my coffee table.

- Thank you – he said, referring to the food he immediately started to devour. – Yeah, we were talking about our hopes for this new music era for us, and ended up talking about our fears too, and then he told me about his insecurities. I didn't know he felt that way, but I assured him he was essential for the team and more than what he made himself to be.

- I'm glad. I was worried my words weren't enough to persuade him. Hearing it from you, a group member, is bound to be more effective.

I took a sip from my drink and a bite of my toast has I laid back on my sofa, Aiden being just a few centimeters away, turning my way to speak to me.

- It does make sense once you think about Lucius background, though. He wants to make everyone happy because that was also his role in his family.

I furrowed my eyebrows as he spoke, confused for a moment.

- Really? I have no idea. Now that I think about it, I don't know much about you guys' families. You never shared that with the public, your personal background as been kept very private – I noticed.

- True. The thing about Lucius is that he has a much stressed family environment. His older sister suffers with depression and that alongside with the medical expenses kept his parents on edge all the time. So, he felt the need to try and make everyone happy. And he still does that to this day, even when his sister is doing much better and his parents are so proud of him.

- Oh, I had no idea – I whispered heartbroken, surprised at such information – That's so sad.

- We really are a product of our upbringing – he said, thoughtfully, tilting his head to the side and looking to the ceiling, his green eyes with a distant gaze. – Ethanael and Revel get along very well because they are both only children and were not used to share a space with this many people. Ethan's family is very outgoing, which is why he is so friendly too. Revel's is a bit more reserved, but very supportive of him.

- That is why he tries so hard to be better – I continued, understanding his thinking. I was incredibly engrossed on what he was saying, eager to know more about the group's background and understand them a bit more. – And he is very scared of failure too.

- Exactly – Aiden agreed. – Oisin, on the other hand, has a young brother and so he enjoys being the youngest of the group. He is also very shy because he went to a private all-boys school and didn't have many friends.
