Assassin recruit

Ch 4: Initiate

1) As we proceeded in the headquarters Ezio called me and Embirth to discuss the assignment. We handed him the treasure and explained everything that happen. After about 10 minutes of being scolded for not returning when things got worse he finally approved our methods. He gave us each 150 gold coins as payment. Then he opened the treasure and it was surprising even to him. it was a metal ball that opened and revealed a shard that he said was very special and told us that if we find more to bring them to either himself or Yusuf. Ezio told us to follow into a chamber where Yusuf was waiting near two wooden boxes with the assassin symbol on them. "you did good and handeled the situation even when things got rough, we have both decided to give you rank 2-Initiate and these" as Ezio opens the two box's containing 1 hookblade in each. "Goto the Galata tower for more training in combat stealth and weapon use as well as hookblade use. one more thing, each of you can now have a iron sword, see our blacksmith near the Galata tower before training" Yusuf explained.

2) As we both left Diana waited out side for me "I'm impressed, Ezio's favorite actually lived" her comment directed towards me.  "I'll meet you at training" Embirth explained. "Follow me" Diana ordered. We headed to the large tower that she called an assassin den and explained what an assassin den is and how we use it. As we arrived she introduced me to members of assassins who I had never met before and said that each assassin den was a second home and was used to protect the people from the high taxation and cruelty from the Templars. " After training meet me here so I can teach you a few things." I new I'd be late for training so I bolted and free climbed a building to the top and ran all the way to the Galata tower.

3) After training with my new iron sword and my iron dagger I felt comfortable with combat. Even my hook blade felt easy to use. So I hurried to the Assassin den. as I arrived I had a knife thrown at me. "wow are you always late?", Diana said sarcastically. "I wana show you something" she said as she held the door open. we walked in and up the stares to a mounted frame box on the wall. "this is a bomb crafting station and you use your hook blade to open it. these are scattered around the city, open it" she said pointing to the key hole.

4) My first lesson was simple make a splinter bomb. seemed simple till it nearly blew up in my hand. she showed me how to separate the powder and the charge and balance the shrapnel out equally. she was amazed at how easily I grasped the art of bomb makeing. she explained how I could ether make them or buy them from the shop in any assassin den or I could buy them from the black market. Then she brought me to the top of the Assassin den tower and showed the pigeon coops. "Each has 5 mentors and 20 or so assassins of mixed ranks. and sometimes the mentors need assassins to assassinate someone or a group of people.", she said. "hay Yusuf is looking for you" yelled Dominic from the other side on top of the buildings. "better get going, there's a hay stack." I learned how to do a leap of faith earlier in training so I knew what to do. I jumped and ran to the Assassin headquarters.

5) " yes mentor" I asked." Embirth and you has another assignment together" he said as I was handed 2 sticky bombs and 800 gold coins.  Embirth walked in as Yusuf explained exactly what we would be doing.

*you both will head to England and sabatoge 2 heavily gaurded Templar trading ships that they use for supplying there troops. You will need a boat to take the remaining resources back to the England assassins brotherhood.*
