Ch.34: The Lost Mind

1) I was trapped in the destroyed den. I was stuck under a large piece of wood.  2 Templars pulled me out and dragged me to there master. He told them to knock me out and bring me to the Templar headquarters.  I tried to fight and get free but it was too late. One of the Templars swung and I was out.

2) I awoke to the sound of metal grinding. There was a man with a mask and a large stone in the shape of a wheel. I was in a room with 2 touches on the wall. I was tied to a chair as he began to speak. "Tell me where the other pieces of Eden are and I will spare you life" he asked quietly.  He pulled the large axe from the sharpening stone. "I don't know what your talking about" I said in defiance. The man asked again as he held the axe next to my throat. "Where are the other pieces of Eden located, if you tell me you won't die right now" .

3) "go fuck your self" I yelled as I  sat there.  The had removed all of my weapons and armor. All I had on was torn brown pants and a towrn white shirt. The man pulled the axe away and jabbed me in the jaw. I sat there with my head slumped over. He pulled my head up by my hair and hit me again. A Templars walked in and told him to stop.

4) "sorry about that, he gets a little excited, my name is Manuel Palaiologos I am the master Templar for the Byzantines." He said as he held up my chin. "If your going to kill me then kill me, Templar." I yelled at him. "I have a vision of uniting my brothers." He said as he smacked me [Ezio warned me of this man. He was a fat and loud. He didn't care about my life so I had no reason to speak to him].

5) "...I am not the only one with this vision, Assassin. The dream of our Order is universal. Ottoman, Byzantine... these are only labels. Costumes and facades. Beneath these trappings, all Templars are part of the same family."

He preached to me. I didn't care. I tried to loosen the ropes binding me. I herd a loud boom. Everything was going fuzzy. I herd fighting that sounded close.  I looked in the room as it began to fade. Ezio pushed me up and told Yusfu to drag me out.

6) I was still in the den. There were dead Templars around me. Ezio picked up the shard and put it in his bag around his belt. Was It a dream. "You were under the spell of the shard, the Templar used it to get information from you." Ezio said to me with disappointment.  I was confused. "It felt real. It seemed real". Ezio called his assassins back as Yusuf took the den. The den was in perfect shape. The Templar Must of used it when I entered from the roof. I felt like a fool.
