Ch.8 : To Alexandria part 2

1) I pulled in to the dock in a half destroyed ship and ran off the boat as everyone looked at me. I pulled my hood over my head and walked down the sand coverd road to the pub trying not to get attention from the local guards. I knew my team would be finished with there problems so I had to be patient. about 10 mins later they showed up and said that we need a place to sleep. "What, it would be better to attack at night and kill William" I yelled. "we need to study there movements and find there weaknesses if they even have any" Malum said. "we also need to see when Templars guards have shift changes so we can attack when there close to leaving" said Aden "besides, William is a Templar knight, not a Templar guard, which means he has real skill and wouldn't hesitate to try and kill us. we need to approach this clinicly".

2) I was angry but they had a point. we headed to the Egyptian weapons store to restock and then to the nearest inn. "we need to gather Intel and figure out where he is located." Aden said to us. "Malum go find out who is a friend to the brotherhood in this district, Meren find out the main exits from the center of each district to the dock I need quick routes, and Jason I need you to come with me. As Malum and Meren left I asked why Aden needed me. " were going to get info on where William is".

3)  we headed down the road and free climbed up a building to locate where each Templar den was. "After this is over Malum and Meren will stay behind to take a Templar den and start a brotherhood here." Aden sighed as he noticed the Templar guards demanding taxes from the local shops. "why don't we find all the grand masters and kill them?" I asked "we could stop all the fighting." "its not that easy, they are very hard to find, heads up were going to follow these Templars and ambush them" he said.

4) we followed them from the rooftops until they split up. we focused on the Templar who collected the tax. he had 2 men with them. Aden threw a smoke bomb as I threw 2 knives into the cloud and killed the men as Aden ran and jumped off the rooftop and grabbed the tax collecter. Aden knocked him out and we brought him back to the inn and tied him to the chair. The others got back and now we we're all set.

5 "hay... wake up" smack Aden slapped the Templar and as soon as he woke up Aden drew his short blade to his neck. "you know who we are?" "Assassins..." he said with disgust. "that's right, and were here for William. where is he?" "like I'm going to tell you.. and risk everything we have done here" "all you have managed to do is force your will onto these people" " we only do this to make things better unlike you assassins who think freedom will bring prosperity. look at what we have accomplished, we built a new dock for trade and rebuilt all the homes for the people for free." "what do you mean free, you charge tax that no one in this city can afford and kill all who oppose your rule" Aden said as he pressed the blade deeper into his neck cutting a little into his flesh.

6) "I'll never tell you where he is especially scum like you." this Templar just won't budge but Aden had something that I never thought he would have... a shard. the same one I handed Ezio and Yusuf. He held it to the Templars head and the Templar told us everything. every detail was ours. Every question we asked was answered in detail. This power was amazing, But it felt wrong. we were doing the thing we swore never to do, force our will on people. "I know you think this is wrong Jason but if we don't do this then William will kill more innocents just because they spoke out." I realized that this was necessary but I felt pitty for the Templar. "Kill one to save a thousand is how we see it" Malum told me as he put his hand on my shoulder.

7) we had what we needed and new where William was and when the Templar guards will change shifts. Aden erased us from the captured Templars mind and realised him. "why didn't we get him to bring us to William" I asked. Meren said that it only works when it's on the forhead of the person. We geared up and sharpened our weapons and got ready for the fight of our lives.
