Chapter Two (I FINALLY UPDATED AGAIN!)

    You were heading over to see Steven. A few days ago you promised Lapis you'd come back soon, and you had no intention of breaking that promise.

    You took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

    "I'm coming!" You heard Steven yell. "Oh! [Y/N]! What are you doing here?" He asked

    "Well, a few days ago when I was at the barn I promised Lapis I'd come back to see her." You said.

    "Ohhhhhhhh! Okay! Well, come on then!" He said.

    The two of you went to the warp pad in his house and you were, with Steven's help, of course, were taken back to the barn, or near it at the very least.

    You had to walk a little bit, and this time the walk felt a bit longer. Maybe because you were excited to see Lapis? You weren't sure. 

    Lapis and Peridot were watching Camp Pining Hearts up in the barn, and once they noticed you and Steven, they both got excited.

    Peridot got a little too excited because she tripped off the truck the two were in and landed face first on the ground. She quickly got up, dusted herself off, before running over to Steven and bouncing up and down like a puppy.

    Lapis just flew down. Nothing else.

    "Steven!" They both said.

    "I'm here, too!" You said.

    "Oh right!" Peridot cleared her throat, "Hello, [Y/N]." She said. You smiled at her and said in a similar tone,

    "Hello, Peridot."

    "... Is that what I sound like?" She looked over at Lapis and Steven. Steven looked nervous, but Lapis shook her head.

    "No, Peridot. You sound a lot less like a dork." She said. You just laughed. You'd been called a dork before as an insult, so at this point, you were kind of numb to the insult. Besides, you were positive she was kidding.

    "Yeah, Peridot. I'm the dorkiest dork to ever dork." You smiled at Lapis, who smiled back slightly.

    "Hey, Peridot, wanna go visit Amethyst?" Steven asked.

    "Yeah!"

   "You two wanna stay here?" He looked at you and Lapis

   "Sure, why not?" You said.

    "Yeah, I guess."

     Steven and Peridot left, leaving you alone with Lapis.
