Chapter 19: Exploring With My Baby

Roc’s P.O.V

Mmm, these beds are so comfortable. I slept so good last night but the best part is that I had my baby… Wait, where’s Siyara?

"Morning sleepyhead." "There you are." She walks over to the bed and sits on top of me, straddling my waist before giving me a kiss. "Someone had a good night’s sleep." "Sure did, only because I had you snugged tight in my arms."

"Aww. You say the cutest things ever." She smiled. Dang. Her smile always brightens my day. I don’t know how I lived without seeing it for so long. She gets up and walks into the bathroom.

"Babe, what are we doing today," she calls from the bathroom. "I’m not telling you. You'll like it though." "Come on, please tell me!" "No!" I laughed. "Wahh, you’re so mean." "Eh, you still love me."

She doesn’t bother to say anything. The only thing I heard was the sound of the shower turn on. Ten minutes pass and Siyara walks out with her hair wet and a towel wrapped around her body. Why me, why?!

I stare at her, loving the way the water trickles down her body. Not to mention the curls in her hair? Mmm, she has it made!

"You should stop staring so hard and take a picture it will last longer," she said biting her lip. "You trying to be funny? I don’t have to take a picture, you know why?" "Why?" "Because you're nothing to me and nothing lasts forever."

I walk past her, placing a kiss on her cheek and walked into the bathroom. I walk out and Siyara looked so cute. She was wearing this:

We head downstairs and meet up with everyone else. We leave our cabin, heading toward the animal exhibit. "Prod! Look at the wolves." "Monkeys!" "Birdies!" They all go their own ways and leave us alone with Ant.

"Hey Sisi. I wanna show you something. Ant, you think you will be good by yourself?" "Yeah I’m cool." I grab her hand and start running down to a cage filled with baby chinchillas. I turn her around before she could see what was inside.

"Close your eyes." "Why?" "Just do it." She’s looks at me funny and closes her eyes. I pick up a baby chinchilla holding it closely in my arms and stand in front of her.

"Okay, open them." She opens her eyes and squeals in happiness, pulling the chinchilla out of my hands. "Roc," she screams with a smile on her face. "It’s so cute! I can’t believe you still remember my favorite animal." "How could I forget? You’re my baby. I know everything about you."

She laughs and starts playing with the chinchilla as if it was a baby. Seeing how happy she was and the thought of her actually having a baby, especially her having mine, would be the best day of my life.

At the same time, she’s my angel and I wouldn’t want her to go through that. I was thinking about this extremely hard and I knew because my thoughts were interrupted by Siyara’s voice.

"Babe, let’s go." We left and went to a small concession stand. "You ever had a corn dog?" "Haha no." "Well you are now. Can I have two corn dogs please?" The lady hands us the corn dogs and Siyara takes a bite.

"Mmm, these are good." "Not as good as me." "That’s what you think," she said laughing. "You're always tryna play me." "Baby you're playing yourself."

She winks at me then snatches my corn dog out my hand and starts running away with it. "Not again! Gimme my corn dog!" "Come get it then."

I run after her as she heads into the woods. I caught her from behind, picking her up bridal style and grab the corn dog with my mouth. "You thought I couldn’t catch you?" "That’s only because I made you."

She hops out my arms and we finish eating. "Roc look over there!" I turn around to see two swans tangled together in the shape of a heart. "We’ve only been here for a day and I’m already having a good time."

"That’s why I brought you here isn't it?" For the rest of the day, we explore through the woods and try out different things at the country club.

While we were walking through the woods, I saw the prettiest waterfall ever. I know Siyara would love it too. We finally get back to our cabin at six. We were zoned.

"Where you guys been?" "Probably getting down in the woods." "Shut up, that’s nasty! If you must know, we were just exploring the club. Nothing big."

"I don’t think that was the only thing Roc was exploring." They all start laughing. "You know what, ya’ll are too much. I’m going to sleep. Babe you coming?" "No, I’m not tired." "Okay, love you." "Love you too," I said giving her a good night kiss. "We’re right behind you."

The girls go upstairs for bed and the guys stay in the living room. "Roc you alright man? It looks like you have something on your mind."

"Yeah. Today I surprised Siyara with her favorite animal and she was playing with it as if it were a baby. The whole event had me thinking…"

"What if she had your baby?" I nod in reply. "Dang, do you even think she’s ready to give it up?" "No, I don’t even think I’m ready and I wouldn’t wanna force her. Look where it got me the first time. I lost her. I’m not making it happen again."

I get up from the couch and walk to my bedroom. I didn’t wanna talk about the subject anymore. I change my clothes and lay close to Siyara and fall asleep.
