Fall in love and then we let it go
Always love the things I lose the most, yeah

"I can't believe how many hoodies you have. Do you seriously need all of these?"

I was at Diego's apartment helping him pack for his tour in two days.

"Yes. That's all I wear. I need variety."

"Thanks for coming out here with me," he said wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I needed your guidance," he laughed.

"Why did you even bother staying at the hotel if you have an apartment here?" I asked.

"Well, when I heard I was gonna room next to you, I had to go," he smirked.

"You knew the whole time?" I shouted in surprise.

"Yeah. You didn't know I was gonna be there?"

"No one told me!"

"Don't get me wrong; I had no ideas planned," he said.

"Sure."

"Why would I! What we're doing is fucking illegal—" he stopped himself when he saw my hurt facial expression.

There was an awkward silence.

"Listen, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. I know you're not a baby or anything," he said looking down.

"It's ok. I know you're stressed out," I said.

"In fact, I feel like the baby more than you," he laughed.

"Very true. What would you do without me?" I smiled.

I flung myself on his bed.

"Do you think it's weird how close we've become so quickly?" I asked.

"Nah, I mean, I bet people think it is, but we just work together I guess," he said.

"I know I shouldn't have, but I was looking at the articles about us last night."

"Diego! Really?"

"I know. I know, but I wanted to see."

"So what did they say?" I asked.

"How like we are in a secret relationship and staying in the same hotel room and have sex. Pretty much what you would expect," he said quickly.

"I'm tired of this," he said.

"I am too," I sighed.

"Then they'll probably make a whole breakup story about us when we didn't even have a relationship in the first place."

"Yep, classic Hollywood," Diego said.

"I mean, when the two hottest rappers get together they have to make a big deal about it," he joked.

"Oh, you think I'm hot?" I said seductively joking.

"I think you're fucking gorgeous," he said.

"Well, I think you're the sexiest person on the planet," I said.

"You're the literal sun."

"You're the universe that the sun is in."

"I seriously would fuck you in front of my mom if I had to."

"I think you're—"

"And I think you guys are both fucking weird," Omar said walking in.

"Is this what I'm missing out on when you guys are hanging out?"
