Phil sighs as he looks out the window of the cafe. He sits in the back corner as the clock chimes, signalling that it was now 2 in the morning. With a small smile, he looks at the stars above the dark silhouettes of buildings, the bright moon illuminating Phil's face with dark shadows and an even paler complexion. Footsteps come towards him and he looks over to see Louise with two cups of coffee, one for him, one for her. She pulls out the chair across from him and sits, her blonde hair in perfect curls despite her long day at work.

"How are the plans coming?" she softly asks and Phil sighs, gazing back out the window.

"Slow, very slow." He takes a sip from his mug, humming with satisfaction. Louise looks at him before slightly shaking her head and giggling softly at him, making Phil look back over at her. "What?"

"Nothing," she mutters before her eyes look at the table as she takes a sip, the small smile on her face remaining.

"You're making fun of me for enjoying coffee, aren't you?" he concludes and she quietly laughs.

"Just a bit." Phil lightly kicks her under the table and she playfully slaps his arm before saying, "It's not polite to kick a lady."

"And it's not polite to slap a gentleman," he counters and she shrugs.

They each finish their coffee in silence before Phil helps Louise close up the shop. They walk down the pavement side by side and make their way back to headquarters. Today was too close for Phil's comfort. The soldiers were way too late to catch them but nonetheless, the rebels didn't leave quick enough and some of them were almost caught.

"What are you thinking about?" Louise asks, interrupting his thoughts and Phil peers over at her.

"I'm just thinking about today," he replies and she nods.

"We were really close to being caught." She says this as they grow near the warehouse where all the Rebels wait for them.

"Some of us almost got our bloody heads roasted off!" Phil exclaims, causing both of them to laugh. He holds open the door for Louise and steps in after her, locking the door behind them.

"Password," a voice says to them in the pitch black room and Louise pipes up from behind him.

"Too weird to live, too rare to die." The lights turn on, blinding everyone for a moment including Phil who immediately covers his eyes with a groan.

"Too bright," he mutters and a laugh comes from next to him as his eyes adjust.

"Sorry," the voice says and Phil opens his eyes to see PJ standing next to him with a smirk on his face. Phil shoves his friend's shoulder as the rest of the people in the room gather around them.

"Alright everyone. How are the plans coming?" he asks the group and everyone looks at each other before giving him unsure looks. "Cat, what have we got so far?"

"Well, Phil, so far for tomorrow, we've got the same idea as before. Paint our colors, cause mayhem, and run. Just like normal," Cat says from the front of the crowd, her chocolate hair hitting her shoulders and her brown eyes giving a hesitant look.

"I have an idea," Louise says from Phil's left and he looks over at her.

"What is it?" he curiously asks and she confidently looks at him and the rest of them.

"To get the King to do what we want, why don't we kidnap one of his own soldiers?" she says and Phil raises a brow.

"I don't think the King cares about his soldiers that much." Suddenly a realization occurs to him. "But he does care about one soldier in particular..."

"Who?" Cat and PJ ask in unison. Phil looks over at Louise with a devious smile and she looks confused for a moment before her eyes widen as she realizes what he's suggesting.

"His son," Phil says and everyone smiles at him. "Excellent idea Louise, shall I help you all start planning? I have a few ideas to throw in."

Everyone nods before Cat, PJ, Louise, and Phil all walk through the crowd to the back room, careful not to trip over anyone or any of the cots lined against the walls. As the other three enter the room, Phil turns to his army.

"Everyone get some sleep and we'll talk about plans tomorrow morning. Make sure to eat well and sleep well; we have a long day ahead of us," he announces and everyone nods before going to bed. Phil walks into the back room with a single light lighting up his friends faces around the table in the center of the room and closes the door softly behind him.

"How are we going to get a bloody soldier?" PJ asks in a curious tone and Phil frowns, shrugging as he flops down in the last chair at the table.

"I see Prince Daniel at my cafe all the time. I could kidnap him one night there," Louise says and Cat speaks up.

"How are you going to get a firebender when you're a ice bender?" Cat asks and Louise bites her lip, leaning back with her arms crossed. "Louise, it's practically impossible to use your powers against a soldier let alone kidnap one."

Everyone leans back as well, thinking but stumped by the obvious problem. If only they had a way to make a fire bender's powers useless...

"Wait," PJ says, an idea forming. "What if we created a serum with our powers that could be injected to counteract the opposite power?"

"You mean like create something that temporarily stops a power?" Louise questions PJ as Cat gives a confused look to Phil.

"So like use ice against fire to neutralize the opposite and make him powerless?" Phil ponders aloud. Cat gives a look of realization as PJ nods once more.

"Exactly." PJ smiles. "Our problem is solved and now we just need to create the serum."

"I have some free time so I can work on it," Phil pipes up and everyone nods. "Now we only need one more thing for tomorrow."

"Oh for pete's sake, what is it now?" Cat rudely asks and Phil rolls his eyes.

"Let's get closer to being caught-" Phil starts but PJ cuts him off.

"Are you insane?" he exclaims and Phil rolls his eyes once more.

"As I was saying," Phil begins again, coughing slightly while glaring at PJ. "Let's get closer to being caught so that way they start thinking that they can beat us but instead we're winning and not them."

"That's not a bad idea," Louise responds and Phil smiles at his friend.

"Okay, let's all get some sleep now. We need the energy for tomorrow," Cat softly says and they all nod, standing up and turning off the light.
